There was not too much opportunity to observe them in action for a long time after the work was done due to a serious lack of rain, but when there was a good hard rain, we observed some leakage where there should be none, and reported it. No one answered our calls for several weeks; later someone claimed they had been out of town.When spring came, birds began to nest to two places in the gutters, where we saw these were sagging. We also reported that to the company and asked them to remediate. To date no one has come out, though a couple of times they said they were coming and we waited for them. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau to try to get action. To date (August 1, 2012) J&B has done nothing to correct the problems cited above. They do not respond to our phone calls. We are sad because we had relied on Angie's List to get a reliable contractor; we got this company's name from Angie's List.

They responded to our request for estimation quickly. During the project, they always arrived on time, cleaned up after work and finished the work as planed. <br /> We had a problem right after the work, they fixed it righ away. Howerver, 8 months later, we had some water dripping from the range hood during a storm, tried to contact them by email and phone call but failed to get in touch with them.

He kept in touch via email, they kept the yard relatively clean during the two days it took to install the fence, they were there when they said they'd be there, they were done when they said they'd be done, and they were super friendly and professional. I would DEFINTELY use them again, and in fact, we're saving up for some repairs and winterizing -- handyman type stuff that we're not good at -- and I'll call them for sure!

AGAIN A GREAT EXPERIENCE

WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH JB CONSTRUCTION.IT STARTED WITH AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND WE ENJOYED THEM SO MUCH AND THEYRE WORK WAS SO GOOD WE ADDED MORE WORK ONTO THE INTIAL INSURANCE JOB. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN DURING THE PROCESS. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE HAD A FEW ISSUES THAT ARISED DURING THE JOB, BUT THEY EXPLAINED TO US SO WE COULD UNDERSTAND, AND WALKED US THROUGH IT. WE RECCOMEND THEM TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY HAVE WORKED ON PARENTS MOBILE HOME AND THEY ARE ALSO VERY PLEASED. WE NOW USE THEM ON OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES. THEY ARE VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD, THEY ALWAYS LET US KNOW WHEN WE CAN DO SOME PREVENTATIVE MAINTENENCE TO SAVE US MONEY LATER.  JUST AN ABSOLUTE JOY WORKING WITH THEM. WAY TO GO JB CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING, IF YOU KEEP IT UP YOU WILL BE THE ONLY COMPANY IN TOWN
