He did a great job. He showed up on time any was very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was right and that we were happy with everything before he gave us the bill. He was very nice and we will be using him in the future for our plumbing needs <br />

It hasn't been too great. I had contacted JBC Plumbing LLC to replace the wax ring on one toilet, and on the second toilet he was to repair the constant running water. The guy came out and let me know that the wax ring on the toilet was not necessary so he didn't do any work on it. I now have to have another plumber come out to replace the wax ring. For the other toilet that was constantly running, I had gone ahead and purchased the piece necessary to fix it (as well as a wax ring) so that the plumber wouldn't have to leave as my Big Deal was for 2 hours. He still had to leave during the visit but told me he replaced the piece with the one I purchased, which I don't believe at all. It's still running and my water bill has actually increased since his visit. I've been living with the same issue for months now and cannot reach him, even though he set up an appointment to come out and reassess the situation. I'm frustrated and would like to have this issue resolved, as I paid $99 for essentially no work and an additional $30-40 for the parts necessary to repair my toilets that he has probably kept. I'd like those back as well.

I had to be out of town the day the work was done but he kept me updated on the work progress via text messages. The building is a duplex rental with one unit occupied. He completed the work Quickly for the active tenant's unit first and kept the tenant aware of his progress. The completed job looks great . I am very pleased with the work. <br />

I had a leak at the joint where the hot tap water hose connects to the pipe in my upstairs bathroom sink.  I tried to replace the hose but the leak had been there for awhile and the joint was very corroded.  When I tried to remove the joint to replace, it caused the connection from the pipe to the joint behind the wall to come loose, and that caused a leak behind the wall.  At this point I was freaking out because I'm an amateur at plumbing, and something I thought would be a simple hose replace turned out to be a huge disaster.  I called Joe that night, which was after hours, and he came out early the next day.  I was not at home when he came out, but my boyfriend said he was very nice and priced everything fairly.  After a $25 coupon, from Angie's List, the price was only $155.  That included him making a trip to the store and purchasing the parts, and installing them.  He also put a washer in the drain to fix a leak from a previous plumber's error, and flushed the facet out, because I caused debris to clog it when I was trying to fix it on my own. <br /> My experience with the first plumber was why I decided to try and fix it on my own to save money.  JBC plumbing made me feel a lot more confident that I was not getting ripped off, and he was very nice and understanding.  If I have any future problems with the plumbing in the house I won't hesitate to call Joe again, I would recommend him to anyone. <br />

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went pretty well; we were pleased with it. They came out in a reasonable period of time. He was very personable. He listened to our concerns and addressed what we wanted him to. Overall it was pretty good. The price definitely seemed reasonable but we didn't do any comparisons.

Our experience was great. We had to postpone for a few weeks after our purchase of the Deal. Joe got us right into his schedule once we were back onto the project. The work was done quickly and very well done. We had parts and he left us an additional set of clamps to secure the pipes. We are very happy. We have a new plumber! <br />

Joe answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon and set the appointment for the next day.  He was punctual and went straight to work.  The replacement of the faucet, garbage disposal and sink went well without any hiccups.  He also found a link in the main drain and  repaired it.  We purchased a "big deal" and he completed the work in the time within the time frame.  We would definitely use Joe again for our plumbing needs! <br />

JBC Plumbing was great he did a fast job good job and it was worth the quoted and delivered price of $200. JBC replaced my leaky kitchen sink pipes and my broken garbage disposal in 2 hours for $200. Good work JBC! <br />

It went very well.  He arrived on time and got the job done quickly.  He was very pleasant and professional. <br />

I communicated with the gentleman via email initially to let him know what I wanted to have done and if it could fit within the 2 hour period.  He let me know it should and asked for pictures of the water line connection in the basement to expedite the process of the purchase of the new water line, I provided him that information.  When he came he went right to work.  He is also a firefighter (had no impact on getting something scheduled).  The water line was replaced and corrected the problem.  He also talked about the hardness of my water that he tested and let me know about the option of a water softener.  While I was not ready to make the purchase at this time, he provided a very good education.  He finished within the two hours and was a very good experience. <br />

Owner was readily available by cell phone, returning my voicemail within the hour. Arrived at scheduled time and completed the job without surprise or incident within the estimated timeframe. BigDeal made it cost-effective, too.

They did a great job. The price and work was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. I can not say anything negative.

Joe called me within 20 minutes of purchasing the Big Deal.  He was pretty busy because of it, but I was in no hurry to get the work done. We set a date.  Unfortunately, I had to reschedule that date and we chose another. He was very accommodating of my schedule. <br /> He arrived promptly and I explained the problem. As I said above, we could only get one bang out of the pipe while he was troubleshooting (mostly does it after extended hot water use, like the dishwasher or washing clothes).  He explained what he thought would help and it sounded reasonable.  He went and got the part required. <br /> He had to cut out the old pipe and replace it and put in the expander.  He did it quickly and efficiently, despite my Jack Russell Terriers best attempts to drive him nuts.  He also quickly did the other work.  Afterwards, he explained what he had done and cleaned up after himself.  He explained the cost of the parts and invited me to call him back if there were any concerns. <br /> Joe did a great job.  And I thank him for cheerfully putting up with the dogs.  I will definitely call him for any additional work. <br /> <br /> <br />

Prior to purchasing the Angie's Big Deal,  I e-mailed the company  with a question and Joe responded quickly with an answer.  Within hours of purchasing the Big Deal, Joe Conway called me to set up the appointment which was great - prevented me from procrastinating any further!  On the date of the appointment, he let me know via e-mail that he was running a little behind schedule and then called me when he was on his way which was nice since I was coming from a meeting.   Joe also checked out my entire house for any other plumbing issues which was good - especially since I didn't have any although we discussed things to consider in the future. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely call Joe again for any of my plumbing needs. <br />
