The cleaning work performed was fine, but the service and overall experience was horrible. The cleaner (owner) ended up being half a day late for a 7 hour job despite 5 calls I received saying they were 15 minutes away. Despite a detailed summary and profile provided to Angi and discussed with the cleaner in advance, upon arrival the same person tried to charge me double. The work ultimately performed was fine but not exemplary, so I have no reason to recommend this service provider again. After the service was completed the owner absolutely hounded me for days via text and calls for a review. Obviously I have all this documented if requested or debated, but for a simple cleaning job I was just hoping for a straightforward experience and be done with it
