Mr. Brantley was polite in his initial call. I felt good about the contact over the phone. When I called him back, he was upfront about his pricing and ability to perform the job. He arrived punctual and communicated with me through the entire process. The biggest thing is he warranties his work. I was pleased with the diagnosis. He even worked with me, to ensure my home warranty got the information from him that was needed. I highly recommend.

Excellent in all respects. This man knows his business and is very efficient in terms of getting his work done. He is very reliable and prompt as well.
