After requesting service through the internet it took two weeks and repeated calls to finally schedule an appointment. Once scheduled with a local technician, the service was excellent; the serviceman was professional, and his skill was superior,.

Amazingly well. Jean, company owner is a delight to work. Professional beyond words. An Expert in his craft. He explains all details of what is involved. He does not rush. I had contracted with another company and at the last minute did not proceed with them. I am working g on a major house renovation and needed a floor person immediately. I contacted Jean who responded within 30 minutes, met me at the job site an hour later and was able to coordinate the job. I can't say enough about JB and his workers

JB was a pleasure to work with. I have had the floor done many times to only be disappointed. There was a high shine on the floor that always showed dirt and it had many holes. The floor was very expensive and we were thinking of taking it out. JB was the first restoration company that did what he promised. First he recommended we get rid of the high shine and he has a special method of filling in all the holes. The floor looks incredible and was done over two weeks ago and still looks better than it has ever looked. He does what he promises. He and his work crew were polite and hardworking. Though it is never easy having your house taken over for a week, they made it as easy as possible. His recommendation to get rid of the high shine was right. I will call on him again to do the high traffic areas around the kitchen.

Well first I should say that I quoted out this job for a while before I finally made a decision to move forward with JB Marble. Although they were the least expensive quote, that was not why I chose them, I chose them because Jean was very in tune with the issues i was having with my travertine floor had and was very informative on how the repairs would need to be made. The other companies just came in measured my floor and gave me a quote, no communication. Jean and his crew were very careful when they relocated my furniture and well protected items they could not move (kitchen cabinets & walls). Jean even provided me with tips to maintain my floors longer. I would highly recommend and use them again. They were prompt everyday and although it took them a little longer to finish then he expected due to the amount of work needing to be done, he did not charge anything additional.

Owner always does a careful job. He moves area rugs to protect them, for example.

Jean resurfaced my limestone counter tops and desk area and did a great job. He was very nice, punctual and enthusiastic! The counters look really beautiful, better than new. I would absolutely hire him again.

He responded to a request for an estimate the same day.  He looked at a large dark blue stain on a limestone bathroom floor and told us it could possibly come out with a treatment that he put on and called about several times to see if it was working, which it was.  We hired him to clean seal and re-grout 3 bathroom floors and showers.  I did not get other estimates because we were so impressed that he was able to remove a stain that we were told was permanent, so I'm not sure about the price compared to what others may charge.  He came on time, covered the halls and bedrooms to protect them, and did a great job.  I would definitely recommend JB and his crew. <br />

Excellent service. My furniture and walls were either moved or covered and protected so that the entire floor could be done. No corners cut and all work was done in a professional manner. Extremely happy with the service. <br />

Jean responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He even came the same day we called to provide the estimate. He was professional and pleasant to work with. The actual results of his restoration were nothing short of amazing. I could hardly believe he was able to erase nearly all the damage to the vanity surfaces which looked beautiful after his treatment. We have already asked him to come back to work on our travertine pool deck. <br />

Jean is a master with years of experience, and I am so happy that I found him here on Angie's List. He was able to spot potential problems with my marble floor where an inexperienced person would have ruined it.  Jean and his assistant started the job on the day he said he would and carefully, very carefully, covered all the walls and built-in units so that the grinding process would not ruin them. That in itself took 2.5 hours. Then the job began. It was explained to me what each disc was for and what it did. I watched as the two of them carefully took a floor that had been ignored and brought out a mirror finish. When I asked him if he also cleaned grout, he was proud to say that he took care of everything having to do with floors.  And he was right!  One bathroom had black tile, and the grout had faded. Jean brought it back to life.  I thought I had reached flooring heaven....but wait.... <br /> <br /> Because my mother had fallen in her bathroom, I had a carpet man install a very thick carpet over the bathroom tile so that she would not get hurt again if she fell.  My realtor told me that no house would sell with a carpeted bathroom, so I lifted the edge of the carpet only to find that the carpet man had nailed the carpet down.  Two other flooring "specialists" had suggestrions. One said I should lay tile on top of the ruined tile.  Another said I should blast away the tile and also lay down new tile.  Not Jean! He carefully lifted each edge to see where the nails had landed.  As luck would have it, the carpet man had tacked his nails into the grout, and Jean, the master, filled each little hole in this huge bathroom with grout to preserve the original floor.  I have only the best things to say about Jean.  He is truly a master at the art of marble and tile restoration. I couldn't be more pleased.

Can't say enough good things about Jean and his crew.  Excellent work, punctual and professional.

I can not recommend these guys more. I mean, every once and a while, you find a company that is not only a pleasure to work with, they love what they do, they are obsessive with details: it all sows in their work. I will only be calling them from now on. Amazing work. The photos below show one image of before and two images after their restoration. The floors were pitted, dull, and much worse than they look in the before pic. Amazing work.

Jean and his crew do an excellent job. They work respectfully in the home, arrive on time, and work neatly. This is the second time I used this company. I didn't ask for an estimate because I knew I wanted to hire him. The first job was a fair price and he did not disappoint this time.
