Rick is a true professional. The only reason I didn't give the company an excellent rating for punctuality is that I had to call and remind the crew to come back and finish the job. In the professionalism category I couldn't give an excellent because there was lunch trash left behind.

Amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Bob and the JB Masters crew, including Craig, who also helped me understand the nuances of choosing new windows. When I first met Bob for a bid on the leaky gutter, I found him not only personable and knowledgeable, but truly caring about my house. He noted that my gutters from 1972 are 4", not the currently offered size, and if I upgraded all six of my gutters and downspouts, including the replacement board needed to fix the leak area, he could offer me a discount; especially since I did not care about color because my house will be re-painted soon. It was the same week when the crew, who are local and who had worked together for a long time, arrived and spent the entire day improving not only appearance but the flow of water. These people were professional, worked as a team, and went far and above all expectations. I have told many people about how great was my experience with JB Masters.

Excellent customer service from the moment Bob answered the phone! Despite a few set backs due to another contractor on job as well as JB Masters having a few bumps in the road job was done in a timely and professional manner. Craig was the hidden jewel through out the entire job! What ever it was that needed to be done or touched up Craig rose to the occasion staying late and going out of his way to make sure job was done right!! Thank you Craig and Bob! My house looks great!!

We will be recommending Bob and team to neighbors and friends. They did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a long term set of gutter issues. The guys were patient through many questions. Very courteous and helpful. The gutters are a perfect match to the house trim and are working well in heavy rains. Glad we found JB Masters!

We noticed a few problems right after the job was finished, but decided we could live with the issues...rather than making a fuss. However, in January 2017 we discovered something they had done that upset me to the point of contacting them: They cut our landline phone lines when trimming ivy before installing one of the downspouts. Because the cut was directly under the downspout...it could not easily be seen. I did not notice the problem because we use Internet phone service and wireless phones. I discovered the problem in January when we were experiencing an extended power outage. To make a call I plugged a phone into one of our phone jacks and discovered the jack was dead. It took a while troubleshooting to discover that the problem was the cut phone lines. I contacted JB Masters and they came and looked at the problem. They acknowledged they would need to move the downspout so I could have the phone line replaced. However, since then they have not come back to move the downspout. They no longer return my calls or answer my emails. It has now been six months since they said they would move the downspout and I finally need to get the problem corrected. I contacted them via Angie's List to let them know if I do not hear back I will have to contract another gutter installer to move the downspout so the telephone line can be repaired. They give a 10-year warranty with their work, but apparently they have no intention of honoring that warranty. I really hate having to give a negative review, but this has been inexcusable customer service.

"This job was done on June 11th of 2012 , We didn't cut your phone line,but the downspout was installed in the same direct area , We attempted 4 times to move this over for you, but every time we traveled to Pueblo to do this you either wouldn't anwser your phone or told my workers it would have to be another day because of you personal agenda.We couldn't even knock on your door due to the 8ft Fence and pad locked gate,I've never seen or encountered a property that I couldn't at least knock on the door but without access we couldn't do the job for you ."

The tear-off and reroof went great. The crew arrived as scheduled; they were polite, professional, and hard-working...an impressive group of workers. To be brief, the work was done expediently and the results were fantastic! Quality work, thorough, and a beautiful new roof. Every facet of the job was taken care of -- from tear off to reroof to painting vents and pipes a matching color, to clean up, and then the gutter install (also an efficient, congenial crew of two). The before & after pics don't do results justice, but it'll give you an idea. I'll recommend this company to friends, and if I need a roofing company in the future, JB Roofing will be my choice.

They had a good crew, they certainly did what they would on the estimate and they have followed up. I live in a snow county and they said "If the leaks comes back you call us immediately and we'll comeback". Honored the AL 10% discount.
