J/B was swift and efficient replacing the dysfunctional kitchen sink faucet. Great job and no issues since the expert in plumbing installed the new faucet, hoses and such; he recognized an issue that the building or I have to rectify in the future. He's certainly busy working throughout the day, he had to appear to my home off hours. But, it's okay. J/B was communicative, easy to speak to, very respectful and humble entering my home. I highly recommend J/B for hire. I have done so to our neighbors. Take care.

A big shout out to Jose the plumber who is very knowledgeable with the work he does. Next time I have a problem, I will not hesitate to call him right away. I really don't understand other people having a negative thoughts about this guy but wait till you met him personally
