JBR Disposal arrived promptly. The employees were extremely courteous and professional. I was quoted a price and a estimated time the job would be completed. The price and estimated time was spot on! The employees removed and recycled all of our furniture.  They broom swept the whole house until it was clean.  Thank you Jim, Tommy and Chris for providing great service. I called JBR to Haul away some trash in My house and also to break up concrete and Haul it  Away. I scheduled the job  two days later they showed up with three guys just like they said they would. They did everything they told me they would there price actually ended up being less then they quoted They were all polite very nice And worked very quickly. They started at 8am and were done with the whole job by 2 which was great Cause i had to get back to work. I have recommended them to friends and family they have done three other jobs for me and 6 for friends and family very professional  everyone loves these guys. Thank you for being such a great company. <br />

JBR is dishonest and unprofessional.   <br /> <br /> They took measurements and quoted our concrete patio area for removal.  They told me the work would take one day and I hired them.  <br /> <br /> Three workers arrived -- one to jackhammer and two to haul the broken pieces.  The work went slowly, with the workers complaining about having to use a rented jackhammer because JBR's jackhammers were stolen by former employees .  The two workers hauling concrete pieces appeared not be in physical shape for such heavy work; they stood around a lot and I even found one of them sleeping on my side porch.  By the end of the first day, the job was less than half done.  The second and third days also went poorly with the workers arguing, complaining and saying they are going to quit if JBR owners don't stop calling to tell them to hurry.   <br /> <br /> At the end of the third day, one man who said he was an owner called on the phone, yelling at me because he said there were areas where the concrete was thicker than they thought it was going to be.  Shortly thereafter, three men, all claiming to be JBR "owners" and all in separate vehicles, showed up in my yard at the same time, and in a very intimidating manner.  They said their quote was for removal of only a fixed number of yards of concrete and that they had already had that number of yards in the dumpster.  I didn't agree, but seeing no good way forward on this issue, I told them I would write them a check for the quoted amount and hire someone else to complete the job.   <br /> <br /> They told me I had to pay them in CASH or else the full dumpster of concrete would not be removed from my driveway.  They said there would be nothing I could do about it because even if I called the police, it was a private matter.  (JBR brought up the police, making it clear to me that this situation was commonplace for them.)  I then told JBR I would only pay them at the same time the dumpster was being removed because I feared being stuck with the full dumpster even if I did pay them.   <br /> <br /> The next day I called the dumpster company to find out what time they were coming and was told that my pickup had been cancelled by JBR and my dumpster would not be removed until requested by JBR, even if I paid for the removal.   <br /> Only after calling the dumpster company to tell them that their dumpster would be moved out into the road to allow placement of a replacement dumpster and that they would b receiving a call from the local police because their dumpster would be blocking traffic, JBR called me to tell me that they would be coming out with the dumpster removal truck that afternoon.  I paid JBR the full amount and they left. <br /> <br /> (I then hired a single 16 year old kid to complete the job and he removed more concrete in two days than three JBR employees had removed in 3 days, and for a fraction of the price I paid JBR.)
