"Thank you for your review we were happy to help you...."
"We showed up at the Customers location gave him a written estimate of service to be completed and Gave him a quote for what he wanted done.We based the estimate on the concrete area and thickness to be removed and informed customer that if we couldnt use equipment or if they had area and the concrete was thicker then estimated the price would increase. Customer never cleared out a section of fence for us to get equipment back there and also told us he wanted more done then originally quoted. Also told us we couldnt drive equipment were we needed to to complete job. so we broke everything up loaded what we had quoted and left the rest. The customer expected us to work for free we went way over and above for this customer. We did a huge amount of work for way less then every company. And there wasnt much left for anyone left to finish. Then when we did what was quoted customer had agreed that job was done per our quote and tried not to pay us. Our costs on the job was way more then job was done for. We apologize we were un able to make this customer happy. We have tens of thousands of satisfied customers that have never had an issue. We are always willing to resolve any issue that arises if we are contacted and informed of it."
