We've just begun the process of working with John.  We discovered John right here on Angie's List and because of the good reviews we decided to make contact.  We've met with John, showed him our property, John's done some initial research about our property and has communicated with us over the phone and e-mail since our first meeting.  We anticipate listing our home for sale with him in the next week.  I will continue to review his services and update his scores as our relationship with him continues.  We look forward to working with John.  He is a very professional, eager and personable young (but NOT inexperienced) man.  Since we have not formally signed a listing agreement, we have not paid him any money, so I'm unable to list an approximate amount of money spent.  Based on our experience with him thus far, we have no reason to not recommend him for service.  Give him a try!

My mother in law purchased her house through an owner finance that Mr Busch was the realtor, he was on time and always available when we wanted to see the house before purchasing, as well as answered any questions. He arranged Attorneys and title companies to review all documents which was just so reassuring to us since it was her first time to buy a house. She recommended him when I purchased a rental property an he did just as well with my purchase.  We wanted to close early on the house since I was going out of town and he arranged for a Title Company to meet us at the last minute to close on the property 2 hours before I left.  When I call him on his cell phone he always picks up, that to me is a big plus since I hate always being sent to voicemail.   <br /> <br />

I met John in August 2011 at an Open House around the corner from where I live.  I was very impressed with his professional, yet personable demeanor.  <br /> <br /> Before meeting John, I had my home on the market for 5 months with 28 looks but no substantial offers.  Therefore, I was looking for another realtor and he seemed to be  someone I could trust.   I hired him a month later and he immediately listed my home, set me up with a stager, took photos,  prepared for an open house and  put up a sign and flyers in my yard.  He followed up with the showing realtors and gave me feedback.  When I called or e-mailed him, he always got back to me.   <br /> <br /> After about 2 weeks of having my house on the market, an investor bought it.  Apparently, the investor was impressed with my home via the photos taken for the MLS list.  He was out of town, but had his realtor come out to look at my house and subsequently bought it for my asking price. <br /> <br /> John followed me through the entire selling process from start to finish.  I ended up renting my home back from the investor because I'm moving in June.  John even helped me with my rental application and assisted with that entire process too. <br /> <br /> John is a fine Christian young man and I highly recommend him to sell your home.   <br />
