<p>DO NOT HIRE CURRENTLY SUEING COMPANY </p> <p>The special they were running was 40 hours of contractor work for $1499. I needed cabinets replaces and felt this could be done in 40 hours so was very excited about the offer. Four workers showed up at my house to do the work. Basically it was two worker and two other guys who just handed them tools and stood around and did nothing. At the end of week they were almost done and I was happy with the progress, so I told them to come back and finish the work. They ran in into some issues and was very good at explain the issue but all of a sudden work started to slow down and it appeared nothing was getting done but four workers were showing up at my house each day. Make a long story short it took them 3 weeks to complete the work. </p> <p>A couple of months later I come home to my kitchen flooded, water everywhere. I contacted a plumber and learned that JBR had not installed a water pipe correctly and with the weather changed the pipe expanded and came loose. They not only installed the wrong type of pipe put did not solder the pipe at all, they just connect the pipe. My floors were ruin and new cabinets were damaged.</p> <p>I contact Jim at JBR and told him what happen. He said he did not remember doing the work and to send him pictures. I sent him the picture of the pipe and waited to here back. He stopped taking my calls and is ignoring my texts. He has refused to address the issue and I am now forced to take him to court. </p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>

When Jim left my neighbor's house, he ran up over the top of my slate step, which became dislodged and flipped over, bouncing and then striking Jim's truck. Jim said after the fact that he thought he'd struck a rock and didn't think anything of it. I have the incident recorded from a security camera, where he very obviously noticed what he had done and turned back to look at what he hit. Regardless, he agreed to fix the step, but asked that he be allowed to do it at the same time he did the work for my neighbor. Since my neighbor eventually cancelled the service due to his lack of responsiveness, he never came to fix his mistake. It's been two months, and still no resolution. DO NOT HIRE!!

"This review should have been an A as I was called in by Angies list after the first contractor fail to show up. And, I did the job within the 2 weeks that I told {Member's name} that it would be done. And, He gave me an A for the quality of work. The job was completed within the time I originally to {Member's name} and the quality was excellent, yet an overall B"

The work was okay. I was not aware by reading the deal that there would be so many additional costs. I spoke with the provider on the phone and by asking him questions I was made aware that they were going to charge additional money for the rails, stairs, etc. I suggest before getting this type of service to ask many questions.

"This was an Angie's List Big Deal. Everything was in writing from Angie's List, NOT FROM ME. The deck rails are extra costs and so were the steps. This customer obviously did not read the whole deal. We even pressured washed under the deck for this customer for virtually nothing while we were there."

It went very well, they were very professional. They were very good about showing the damage that needed to be repaired and the work that needed to be done. They were open all the way through and never left us in the dark. One downside was that the cleanup took longer than expected but it was eventually taken care of. I would go with them again.

Went very well. Removed old rotted post. Mixed and poured concrete base for new post. Cut and installed new post. Looks great, should last as long as the house. Very happy with work. I was present when Richard came and removed the old post and poured concrete. Was very enjoyable sharing Snellville area memories with him while he worked. Missed being there when he came back to install new post. <br />

On average, the quality of the pressure washing was good but not thorough. There were a few places where the worker didn't reach. <br /> It looked like that the relationship between the owner and the worker belonged to partnership, which caused the issue that the worker went beyond the owner so that I didn't know who controlled the business and whom I should talk with. <br />

He was pretty good at the work but he was very slow to get back to you and get the job done. They're actually very good when they get to us and it's a very small job so they had to work us in. When I actually talked to them, they had a very good communication with me. They should offer me a formal receipt but they never gave me one but instead, they gave me a piece of paper. The workmanship should be separated from the communication issue. They were there when they said they would be and they did go back to get the right kind of stuff. I would not go back to them because of lack of responsiveness so I would be afraid to trust them with a big job.

"Wow. I am shocked at this response. Fortunately we have been very busy and this was a small job and I told them from the start that I would have to work in when I was in their area. I did take me several weeks to work them in, but we did and as she states, we did a good job, or so they told us. They paid us on the spot. I did not have an invoice with me so I told them that I had to send them an invoice, which I did. Now my only fault here may have been the fact that it took me a little while to send them their invoice. Other than than, we did a great job. Again, I am shocked at this review. JIM"
