Very good communication--appointment was confirmed the day before. Received a text when they were 30 minutes away. I was a little concerned when they drove up with a pick up truck and trailer--was expecting something larger. But they raised the side rails and in 2 hours loaded everything on, which included queen mattresses and box springs, sofa, loveseat, desks and a big old tv.

He underestimated the job. The crew was very hardworking. They had to come back three times.

It went very well. Nice man. He had to dismantle the hoop, the pole, and the base with a saw and he hauled away all of the pieces, including most of the sand that had filled the base. The rest of the sand I told him he could leave and I would just spread it around the yard. He swept up what had spilled in the driveway and was finished in less than an hour. I have already referred him to a freind for another project.
