$72.00 over the original estimate which I understood due to the amount of guttering, but was disappointed that the downspouts were not checked, I found out later my self that three of them were stopped up and I had to take care of this myself. I would have gladly payed extra to have these unclogged had I been told about them, and my wife would have been much happier had I not had to get the ladders out and do this myself, which is what she wanted to avoid in the first place, "unhappy wife, unhappy home."

Great. Two day job. Came on time and worked long days to get it down. Communicated very well and was able to meet my schedule. Very considerate of my place and asked plenty of questions of how I wanted things done. Place looked immaculate. Came within a few dollars of initial estimate. Great people. Loved doing business with them.

Jon was great to work with and the price was great. My only issue was there was an issue with the washer/drier that resulted in damage to the door ( the track was bent and the door is off) and the dryer vent has disconnected from the wall. These items were not fixed or pointed out to me by the crew. The cleaning was pretty good, especially for a crew of 3 for 2 hours.

"This customer was very pleasant to work for as far as the door that was off the hinges we did fix twice it continued to come off the hinges and as far as the dryer vent we never disconnected the hose for cleaning I'm not sure why that was that way I apologized for any inconvenience we appreciated your business very much"

These cleaners are simply spectacular. I bought a house that was left filthy by prior occupants and their messy children. J & B worked within my tight schedule and made sure to deep clean absolutely every area of the house that I had requested. I am still shocked by how great the place looked when I arrived. They are a family run business; everyone with whom I interacted was courteous and professional. I look forward to hiring them again in the near future.

Jon and his team were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The only reason I gave a B rating in the Quality category is because there were some minor things that could be improved, such as missing some areas dusting/vacuuming, as well as making sure all windows were streak free. However, the team was very helpful and attentive to anything I asked, so I know that the couple of minor glitches would be easily addressed the next time they are here. Most importantly, they were willing to go the extra mile, were easy to work with and had integrity. I would definitely use their services again.

My mom was so impressed. She said they did an excellent job and she doesn't want anyone else from now on but them. I'm really glad she was so satisfied and we will definitely be calling them again. She said they worked like "Trojans" and she is a very meticulous house keeper!! We did the special with Angie's List 4 hours of cleaning for $99.00 and it was well worth the price.
