They offered a very good price and Carlos was very useful helping us chose the colors for the house. The "C" rating is because (1) they took longer than promised to do the work because they brought less painters than originally offered (2) some of the items were not finished and I had to wait weeks for them to return and finish (3) One item was never completed because I got tired of waiting.

Good work in a reasonable amount of time, and trustworthy. Expect some possible minor broken items such as electrical wall plates, as they need to remove all items from the walls in order to do the job well. In my opinion, it was forgivable as it speaks to their thoroughness in the painting process. Just plan for it. Overall, I would hire them again.

Tony was responsive to visit our home and give us a firm bid on the number of hours which would be required to paint the several rooms. He scheduled us the next week after we confirmed our interest. He showed up and he and his colleague worked quietly and quickly to perform excellent work. They touched up areas as necessary to meet quality control. One area that was so great is no money up front. We claimed the promotion and just paid him AFTER the work was done by check.

Tony and Oscar were great!! Very friendly and did an AMAZING job painting and cleaning up after they were done. I will be hiring JC Custom Painting for all of my painting needs in the future!

I originally dealt with Carlos, and was prepared to give them an F. I bought a coupon for 12 hours of painting, and every time I made an appointment with him he wouldn't show up. The coupon expired, but he said not to worry. Carlos finally did show up a week ago, and offered me 8 hours of painting, instead of the 12 I had paid for. Soon after that, he texted that he had to leave the country and to contact his brother. Tony said he would be here on Tues, sent me a text on Monday confirming the time, and then actually showed up (!) and he and Jose did a great job. So I would hire Tony again, but never Carlos.

They did a great job. Had 4 upstairs rooms painted, walls, ceilings, baseboards and moldings. They did a great job repairing holes, and general blemishes. Would definitely recommend them for your interior and exterior painting needs.

Carlos gave me a quote, was easy to communicate with and scheduled and started the work as promised. He team showed up, went to work and stayed at it, asked questions where necessary. I had missed a few things in the spec I had written but they were quick to identify and take care of everything. All the work was completed quickly and looks great. We will hire again!

Went fine, no problems.

They sent me a 30 minute call during their scheduling window. They came and painted using their own supplies. I didn't have to supervise them, so I just left. They finished everything within 7 hours even though I purchased the Angie's List special for 8 hours. Overall, I would hire them again. They were professional and came on time, which is important to me.

They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The crew was prompt, friendly, and hard-working and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. I would definitely hire them again. Carlos and his team did a fantastic job painting our home. We went a few days past our projected completion date, but Carlos accommodated some last minute custom color changes to our ceilings and it turned out, absolutely stunning.

Carlos and team did a wonderful job painting interior of home and patching walls. Helped pick the colors we needed and worked **** ** doing a good job. Had a minor issue with completion date as the job went long, but overall a very positive experience. Would hire again.

Tony and Carlos are hard workers. Very polite and do a by good job. They painted our exterior, stained new mahogany front doors and several interior doors. They are beautiful! They also refinished our outdoor kitchen. We are very pleased with their work.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job! I am very picky and I am very happy with the results! Carlos was always in touch, was on time and he and his team were very efficient and clean!! They moved all the furniture before (which in my teenage son's room was quite a chore) and moved it back again. Carlos asked me to walk the job afterward and make sure everything was to my liking, and even called again later in the day to make sure I didn't notice anything they missed. I would absolutely recommend this company.

This is an update to a prior review. The work up to the final days was good, however, several items were left unfinished after final payment. I have been trying to get them to come back and finish up but it has seemed hard to get them to commit. Maybe it was my fault for providing final payment without having everything finished, but nevertheless, my expectations were higher.

work went really well, very professional job.

Carlos and his team did an excellent job. They proposed to manually paint the doors and trim because flooring was already in place when others wanted to spray paint. He even brought us sample colors and steered us away from others. Jose painted non stop through the week, and weekends to complete the job so that my family could move back into the house in February. Overall, JC Custom Paint quote was right in between high and low quotes. There will always be spots that need to be touched but overall we are satisfied and will definitely hire them again for paint jobs.

they did a very professional job

The painters were excellent, courteous, clean and hard working. The only reason I marked responsiveness lower was because it took a few weeks to get Carlos to come see the job and get on his schedule. The delay was due to the huge amount of work his team was completing for homes damaged by the hurricane. I think responsiveness would have been better if that had not been a factor. I would definitely recommend them.
