John and his team arrived on time and did an excellent job in cleaning our dryer and HVAC vents! Prior to scheduling JC Duct Cleaning, we were sneezing a lot in the house and realized that we hadn't had the ducts cleaned since we moved in, in 2021 and wasn't sure when they had last been done. Our downstairs neighbor had used JC Duct Cleaning and recommended them. I'm glad they did as I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone that needs their ducts cleaned. Boston houses can be difficult given their ages and the possible remodeling that has occurred over time and our building is no different. Regardless, the JC Duct Cleaning team had "seen it all" and was able to maneuver around all of the unusual piping that had been retrofitted to our 1890 building. They were fast, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend them!

They cleaned my dryer vent. There was a lot of disassembly involved because there was an auxiliary fan involved due to the long run to the outside of my unit. They were very efficient and cleaned up all debris afterward. I will use them again.

It went very well. The men were very thorough in their work. They were very friendly. They were on time. One of them cleaned our ceiling fans even though that was not required to be done. It was very thoughtful of him (I think it was John).

John was great. He was the only one that answered his phone at 8.30PM on a weekday night and was extremely responsive. He and his team were true professionals. They did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and cleaned up after themselves upon leaving. They showed up on time and did the job in a timely manner. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them highly
