Fine. Incredibly rude - started yelling at my wife the moment he arrived when she voiced her concern that her car was blocked in by the bin. Any civility deteriorated from there when I took over the interactions.

Recently we used "joe's junk removal and more" in meriden for a dumpster rental, as we are all moving this month and had a good amount of stuff to get rid of. I was quoted $275 on the phone for a two day rental, was charged before the drop off, and during drop off was asked for my card I used. I was under the impression that he was just verifying it was the same card. Nothing else was explained. Monday came, and he never showed to pickup the dumpster. I contacted him and was told he would come grab it the following day. Almost a full week later, the dumpster is still in my driveway. He finally picked it up today after I contacted them again and, without saying anything to me, charged me another $330. He never discussed anything about costs for extra weight, or any extra fees, and when we called to understand why we were charged another $330 (on top of the $275 I already paid) and explain that we weren't told anything, he was extremely rude, wouldn't let us talk, kept saying I was lying/not trying to pay at all, and then hung up on us. Extremely unprofessional. If we had been told from the beginning of the costs, we would have never used his services.

Joe stated he would be here on a certain day and called to reschedule. The rescheduled day he never showed up until the following day!. So I filled the dumpster and called him to let him know he could come get it. He was supposed to be here on a Friday and didn't show all weekend. So I called him on mon and he said he would be there on tues or Wed. I said ok. He didn't show on Tues but decided to come at 5:30 in the morning on Wed, with his big LOUD truck! Waking us up along with Three of my neighbors! He turned around in two of the driveways with his loud reverse beeping horn. He drove over my neighbors brand new lawn that he just finished the weekend prior and left huge ruts in it! My neighbors are now very upset with me because of this guy! He does not belong on your list. I am so upset that I went on your web page and hired someone you recommend!

One of the best junk removal places! Very reasonable and quick to get the job done. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a clean out!
