They were very professional and provided estimates before any work was started. They cleaned up after themselves by taking the old water heater and the old sink faucet. For the garage, I had them install a garage door. I would definitely hire them again when I need work done.

I paid for the Promotion via Angie's list and then contacted this company who informed me that they had to cancel their agreement with Angie's list but wanted to send out somebody to take a look anyway. I asked about their price and whether it included the advertised sketch. I could not find a way to get a firm answer either for what they intended to charge for the visit or whether they intended to provide a sketch. In my opinion this company sounds like a total scam. My fee was refunded by Angie's list (thank you).

The service provider was prompt, professional, and very knowledgable. He also took the time to look at my water heater and make recommendations. I also asked him about a water softener as San Antonio's water is extremely hard but my husband can't stand the oily feel from water softeners. He told me about one that does not use salt and told me to research wether or not it would be right for me. He did not try to push something on me. I was very impressed.

I called JC and Enriquez to get an estimate for redoing my shower and throughout the whole call I received great customer experience and received an estimate that was very cost effective compared to other companies so I decided to go with these guys. They did a great job with the remodeling of my shower and the guys that showed up were very friendly and easy to talk to regarding my the remodeling. Would definitely hire again.

I sure remember how much they charged me, I will never forget it. I was not home but my wife was. I called them and they came out. It was a very simple leak outside and they charged $397. I was not home when they came. They knew we had to get it fixed. When they came, I do not think they said it was going to cost so much. The work was done and then they sent us a bill of this amount. I do not think it took more than an hour, I don't believe. It was an outside leak of the joint between the PVC pipe and the copper. That's what they fixed. It's needless to say I will never call them back. We needed a plumber and I glanced through the yellow pages. There was a name and I called. Somebody answered. I had called others as well. But, they either did not answer or sounded like they were pretty busy. This is the one I made contact with and told them that the pipe was leaking. They came out and they did the work. I was not home when it happened. I mean they did the job but price is very exorbitant. I think the price overwhelm any other consideration, so I would rate them a “D” for overall experience. Quality of work: the work was done properly. Responsiveness: They responded right away. Punctuality: They showed up.
