He took more time than the contract. He wanted 70% down payment in advance. We end up agreeing the 60% me trusting him. After that I was making the calls for more information about the extract first day of labor, his answer “ calm” to stay calm that is going to be done”. Then his getting sick stories. His work intervine with my routine due to the fact that he was very behind. To make this short, never finished the job, the tile are the worst work ever and I did paid full.
