Installation was smooth and quick. The installers arrived on time and were both very personable. When they finished, they cleaned everything up. I went with them because the owner was very accommodating to my schedule and was extremely professional. I'm glad I went with JCG.

Arrived on time, answered all questions before and during installation. Came out to make door adjustment a few weeks later without any hassle. <br />

Overall, I was very impressed even with the installation delays, which took a few days longer than they initially expected. However, John and his crew were professional, extremely responsive, honest and quite apologetic for the delay. In my experience, contractors tend to blame the supplier for the delay but John took full ownership with the issue and was very accommadating to work with my schedule to ensure that all was completed before our furniture arrived. <br /> Having worked with many construction firms and construction associates in my career, I must say that John and his crew were probably the most responsive and up-front people I have been lucky to have worked with on any renovation project. What I appreciated most about them was that they were very forthcoming and took ownership when issues arose (as they always do in any renovation) and they did what was necessary to get the job professionally completed in a timely manner. Plus, their pricing was competitive and their attention to detail was almost as neurotic as I am. <br />
