Horrible!!! I was very insistent about inquiring on their knowledge of granite work and was assured they were qualified. Showed up 2 days late, called with different excuses. What should have taken 1 maybe 2 days at most took almost 4 weeks because they would show up 3 or 4 hours late every day, would not call to let me know they were going to be late, never had the right tools, always sent someone different to do the work every day with an older gentleman that had health issues. One of the owners "C" was so unprofessional I had to ask him to leave and not return. When time to pay came and I stated that I was not happy with work and pointed out multiple issues, the one co-owner "C" LIED and stated items were not in the contract. Luckily I had the original and showed where it had been changed and some key items left out. Long story short----ruined my counter tops, left me to find someone else to clean up the mess. Biggest mistake of my life. Would NEVER refer for anything.

They did a professional job and did everything they said that was going to be done. Very intelligent and respectful company. Our bathroom and kitchen looks amazing and no mess was left and it was done with in a week.

They sit down with me with my list of things I want to redo to my home they then came to my home do to an assesment for cost. Once there they discovered the cause of the problems due to neglect from previous owners, the took pictures of the problem areas to not just tell me but be able to show me that these were true problems. That was something I appreciated. They then sit with me to disscus the prices of the repairs as well as the cosmetic issuers I wanted addressed. They not only completed the jobs that were wanted they completed the problems to the home to help me save energy and stop the causes of problems with my home.

These guys did an amazing job and completed the job when they said it would be done.  Very knowledgeable in the problem i was having and solved it when others couldn't. I would recommend Tri State General Con. to anyone that has a basement problem.
