They did a great job, and came on time. Not much else to add.

I had a problem with the company, they do not stand with the warranty they give to me.I have been calling them since 2019 and they do not stand with the promise.I don't want them in my house anymore because I don't trust them.

It went well. Was $1,750 for taking out the insulation and putting the blown-in cellulose insulation in. They were quick and it only took them about 2 hours. The workers didn't know that the present insulation was to be taken out. It wasn't on the contract, but the salesperson should have communicated that to the workers. Once I explained that that is what the salesperson said would happen, they were OK with doing it. The company owner did not show up on the day of the project. Other than those 2 things, I think they did a good job.

everything went well. Three workers came on time. the accomplished the task in less than 4 hours. They covered areas to prevent dust. They did a good job.

A few weeks went by and we were not notified of our installation date. I called and was then given a date. They came on time. There was a mis-communication between the initial contact guy and the installers. We expected that a space around 4 window frames would be caulked. The installers did not know about this. I needed to expend some effort to get that addressed, but it was addressed. They scheduled a second appointment to do the caulking. They came as expected and completed the work. In conclusion, they did honor the contract, but it seems that the working crew did not read the contract and come fully prepared. If the foreman was unclear as to what was on the contract, we would have all benefited from him contacting the initial sales guy to be clear as to the details of the job before the work was started. When I clarified this deficiency, they did complete the job as promised in a timely manner.

The guys shows up on time and got right to work. Great guys and very professional. They didn’t waste time and we’re done faster then I expected. Once done, they cleaned up and made sure they took everything with them. No trash left behind. Great workers! Only down side, I was hoping the insulation would muffle some sounds from my tentant - it didn’t at all. That’s the only bad part.

The crew did a sloppy job and not enough insulation was used for the job, called for a scan on the house and the never followed up.

Arrived as scheduled. Prepared and installed insulation. Repaired areas needed for access. Salesman mentioned heat mapping which was never done. Would like a heat map when it gets colder.

I had utilize this company twice in the past 10 years. My first encountered I felt was negative but I always felt the company is reliable. The second time I actually recommended it to my mother and she had an amazing experience with the company. They did insulate her entire brown stone (blowing insulation) they went out of they wait to perform a great job. They didn't have any misunderstanding and the hole in the walls were very small, you couldn't even see it. The price was very fair. The entire team came on time to perform the job and is the best investment my mother could ever had.

Arrive at 8:00 AM. Did attic & drill holes outside. Fill with insulation & close up openings about 4 hours.

The crew arrived on time and were neat and clean. Approximately a few weeks later I felt some drafts still so they came back and fixed somethings they had missed. Still, a few weeks later I didn't feel like any of the insulation they added was making a difference. My furnace was still running the same amount of hours per day and I still felt cold in my house. I spoke to a supervisor who was very receptive and came out to the house to take a look. We surveyed the house together as he took temperature measurements at different locations which revealed the house was still cold and drafty in spots they had put in insulation. He put in a work order for the crew to return and correct the problems. When the work crew came back a month later I wasn't home but my wife was. She called me asking me where they should go since they told her they weren't sure what they were there for. After conferring with the office and having the supervisor show up to my house they began to work. My wife told me they were there briefly and whatever work they did everything still felt the same. I called the office and again spoke to the supervisor who said at this point the weather is a lot warmer and for him to try and get readings to measure the temperature it would be fruitless and he suggested they come back in the fall when the temperatures drop. At this point I am feeling pretty frustrated and feel like I spent a lot of money and my house is still extremely drafty and very cold. I will say that every time I have called the company has been very receptive and seems genuinely concerned with my complaints. They have tried to remedy the problem and I'm hoping when I call back in the fall we can finally get this taken care of once and for all.

Very well considering it was pouring rain all day!!!!! They were soaking wet but did a good job.

Greg did a good job explaining the benefits of cellulose insulation and explaining how our existing attic insulation was deficient. The confirmation call 2-days prior was appreciated. Matt and Wally did a great job blowing in the cellulose insulation and cleaning up afterwards with a vac. Both were punctual, courteous, and listened to my questions/concerns.

I think they could have done a better job overall.
