"But yet is still using (My), the same sub contractor on her 2nd bathroom in which had started without finishing the first one. Ms. [Member Name Removed], you should ask your new contractor to do what I have already paid him to do while he is there doing all of your other work. Yes, I have had growing pains within finding good subs as any other company, that said, that same contractor that tore out and redone your bathroom at my expense, and now is the same sub doing your 2nd bathroom, should finish what I've paid him to do in which I'm sure he will when he's done with your other bathroom so you can have a bathroom to use. Again, and yet again, I apologize for the delay with your bathroom. Thousands of projects, first complaint. Just one of those customers. Mike should, and I am sure he will, finish what he started while he is there doing your other work. He is a good sub."
