I couldn't be happier with how this went. I wish everyone I hired went as smoothly as this. These guys were friendly, professional, on-time, and they did a great job. They were very interested in meeting my expectations, and the painting they did looks fantastic. I expected someone to come in and just go really fast, like people who come in and quickly paint rental units. But these guys were better than that. THey were efficient, but not too fast, and they paid attention to detail. They even left the place cleaner than they found it. Extremely happy. I have already recommended JC Painting to a friend, and I will likely hire them again in the future. <br />

They came quickly and did an excellent job and finished within a day. They were very careful of floors and other surfaces and prepared all surfaces prior to painting. The cost was very fair considering the amount of work accomplished. I can't recommend this company highly enough. <br />

The overall experience went terrible. First and foremost, they showed up 10 minutes late, and even thought they called me to let me know they were showing up late, I was still disappointed in the lack of punctuality. They showed up with 2 painters, which would mean they would need to provide 3 hours of painting each to suffice the 6 total labor hours of work. They then proceeded to each work for 2.5 hours each, which only totals 5 labor hours. They claimed that the last hour was going to be used cleaning their paintbrushes and supplies, which was not part of the deal. No where in the fine print of the deal did it state that an hour of "labor" would be used to clean up their supplies. When I brought this about to them, I just received push back from the workers. I wasn't prepared to have an argument over the fact that they weren't going to provide the full 6 hours of labor. I'm extremely disappointed that this has happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It is unfortunate that Ms. [Member Name Removed] did not understand the deal that its been purchase true angles list and has written a review that is completely out of touch and that is not deserved. I have a five star reputation and have been working without complaints for many years. I simply explained to her way before we schedule the work that the deal was for 6hrs one painter or 3hrs for 2 painters for $200 I advised her that the prep and protection on flooring was going to be include on the 3 or 6 hrs. And bout arriving,yes I did send a tex to let her know that I was coming bout 10 minutes behind but I show up at 8:05 and stop working At 10:50 am and we still have to load our stuff ladders drop cloths, wash roller covers& brushes I explant it to her and seems like she didn't understood the deal. The records of tex megs & Detail bout the deal & emails that Angie's List has they not gonna let me lie. We paint stair of 16-17 ft high Main entry hall and a wall up on the 2nd floor What else someone can aspect for $200 we take the blinds plate covers,protect flowing,rails etc. When I see reviews people says bout how terrible does people work, quantity & Quality, on my case I think we did enough for the Price that we sell the deal for. As a professional, I have a 5 star rating for many years only because I take pride in my work and would not agree to do inferior work. She apparently was unhappy that I wanted to perform the task in a professional manner. Likewise, I am very disappointed that Angie's List would publish such out of touch review. Knowing the details of the deal and having the records of my conversation with the costumer I will stand on my reputation and continue to perform my work in a professional manner. My past and future clients will all attest to my professionalism and integrity."

Had drywall repair and paint done in the living room. Javier did an amazing job at matching the texture of the walls when they don't even have that texture available anymore (1976 house). That takes talent. He also painted and it looks great. Great attention to detail.

I can't recommend Javier highly enough. He was on-time, courteous, professional, considerate, accommodating to issues outside of his control, fair, reasonably priced and excellent quality. I have such trust, appreciation and confidence in Javier, I expect that as long as I'm a homeowner and Javier is in business, I'll only be using him for our future painting needs! <br />

Javier and his partner were great--very responsive, very fast, and the repair looks excellent. The best part was, I didn't have to look for a drywall person and then a painter, which would really have dragged out the job. When I misplaced the receipt and the buyer of my house demanded one, Javier emailed it to me within hours. Great experience all around.

He was easy to contact by phone, email, and text. Highly reasonable on the price. Gave a free estimate. Scheduled the work within a week of confirming I'd go with him. Gave a lot of suggestions and clarifying remarks about the best way he could do the work and how it would turn out. Notified me of unexpected hitches in the process. Did excellent work overall.

Awesome!!! Javier repaired the drywall and painted the entire family room ceiling. The repair is perfect, and no-one can tell there was ever a problem. He also fixed another rough spot in the ceiling. <br />

Javier and his team were extremely professional, prompt and clean. They also started the project on time and finished on budget. We had the popcorn ceilings in our entire house removed and the ceilings refinished and painted. We also asked his team to repaint approximately 90% of our house. The work was outstanding and the ceilings look amazing! We were surprised how well everything turned out. Javier did a great job of communicating with us throughout the project through text and sending photos of work during the project. We would absolutely use him again and recommend everyone get a bid with him before making a final decision.

We recently hired Javier Cortes to resolve some sheet rock issues after removing wallpaper from our kitchen. Javier was affordable, professional and on time for each of the days he worked in our home. We recently redid our kitchen cabinets and he made sure they were covered and protected from the work he was completing. We will be hiring Javier again and recommending his services to our neighbors. JC Painting is extremely easy to work with and very professional. I contacted the company on a weekday and within the hour they were at my house to do a site assessment. We received a quote by email within 24 hours. We weren't quite ready to pull the trigger on the job just yet, but when we were ready about 2 weeks later, they fit us in the job schedule right away. We had a sense of urgency because we had to put our house on the market and JC Painting accommodated our tight timeline and did the entire job in 4 business days. Communication was simple and thorough. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend the company to other people.

Javier did an excellent job! He showed up exactly on time, he was very flexible working around other work that was done on the bathroom and did a some small repairs that went beyond what we had originally discussed. He protected everything very well (adding texture can be messy) and cleaned up everything nicely after each day. He worked some long days just to get the work completed quickly. The price was exactly what he had quoted originally and it was completed in the amount of time he predicted. We are very happy with the result, everything he did looks excellent. He was also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him.

Javier has great communication skills. He shows up on time and takes great care to keep a clean work space. His price are more than fair and he works diligently until he job is done. The work looks amazing and we are excited to have a contractor that we feel we can trust.
