From the first phone contact Juan asked for details and pics of the carpet replacement. Within that day I had a bid on the job. After working out tbe details he and his crew came right on time. They did a great job on installing my carpet. Also cleaned up all leftovers ..moved furniture back to original spot and did it all ..courteous..friendly. I would definitely recommend JC quality flooring. You will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend. We live out of state and have a rental property in San Antonio that was in need of new flooring and paint. After searching through many reviews for someone reputable, I came across JC Quality Flooring. The excellent reviews are well earned. Juan provided estimates, and even offered suggestions. I initially planned to go with the same color carpet I had (cream), but he suggested other options that would be more renter friendly. I initially thought grey might be a good idea, but he mentioned that it wouldn’t match well with the tile (he thought through every detail). He showed us samples of carpet that is common for rentals and ideal for high traffic, so we went with his suggestion which turned out beautifully. The paint, interior and exterior, was also perfect. Juan notified me of items that tenants left adhered to the walls, and was even kind enough to remove them. Throughout the entire process, Juan sent pictures and videos. The team worked incredibly fast and efficiently to get our house ready for the market. Juan checked in with us after everything was completed to see if the property managers had time to look at their work, and the property managers confirmed everything looked great. We are so glad that we chose JC Quality Flooring and will definitely continue to use them to keep our rental looking good as new.

Juan and his team did quality work in a very short period of time. I thought the project would take at least an entire day but they were done in 4hrs which gave me extra time to finish setting up the room they worked on. I highly recommend Juan to anyone interested in floor work and I would definitely hire him again.

Fantastic. I've been pushing work to Abraham for the last 5 years and every single customer has been extremely happy and thoroughly enjoyed the end product after installation. Quality materials and unmatched customer service and the want to go above and beyond. I've seen so many poor carpet installation jobs with bad carpet seams, carpet running different directions, not properly stretched, etc. I will continue using Abraham and his crew every chance I get and will continue urging others to use him.
