Jose was amazing. This was a small job and he was willing to take the job immediately and fit it into his schedule. He was clean, professional, and prompt. His work was absolutely first rate. I am thrilled with the results. I would use Jose again and highly recommend him.

It went great. It’s been close to a year and everything looks to be holding well. No major cracks. There’s the small cracks in the grout but they was explained to be normal since it’s around the tub and it shifts when it’s settling. they will do a follow up patch. Very easy to deal with and professional. Done on time and smooth. Looks great. Very happy. Thanks guys!

Hired Jose to do our backsplash work. He adjusted his schedule to meet our needs. Did an awesome job ,kept tab on his employee, made sure workplace is clean all the time and finished on time . Reasonable price and good quality . Will hire him again.

It was a challenging job because of the corner location of the fireplace but they came up with an artistic solution and it looks like a piece of art! Great communication, quick response and clean, neat job. Will use again.

Jose and his team did a really great job. The work was done on time and without a big mess. A few weeks later I needed one tile replaced in another room in order to accommodate a new refrigerator. We had to do this quickly since our old one quit working. He responded the next day and put the tile in. What a relief.

After getting a number of quotes for doing the tile in our bathroom, we decided to go with Jose and JC Tile, and now that the job is complete, I can say it was the right decision for us. Communication is very important to me, and Jose always responded in a timely manner via phone and text message throughout the entire process. In my opinion and from a previous remodel experience, it is important for as many details to be discussed and noted prior to approving any contract. We agreed on work to be provided, and they surpassed my expectations. In addition to Jose, Norman and Randy were the crew members on this project, and my family appreciates their professionalism, work quality and in asking questions when it came down to decision making time for tile lines and options available. My kids liked everyone, which is unusual for strangers who come over to the house. The whole JC Tile team was flexible and worked with me on making everything discussed come to fruition.

Jose, Randy and Norman did wonderful work in our home. Jose was always quick to respond to any questions that we had and helped us make decisions whenever we were unsure. Jose quoted us a time to complete the work and was very close. Our 1970's house did not give into the remodeling easily, but Jose made everything look fantastic. The men were always prompt to start the day and left the house as they found it at the end. We asked Jose to do a herringbone tile pattern in our guest bathroom, and even though we were unable to find tiles for that, Jose was able to cut the tiles and make it look phenomenal. Overall, it was a great job, and the extra little details that were added put everything over the top. Basically he redid our entire house, so it will be a while before we are doing this again, but when that time comes, I will be contacting Jose! I can not recommend him highly enough.

Jose did a small job that turned into unforeseen complications. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process and honored his original price. The new kitchen back splash looks terrific! He is also very clean, on time and I will use him again. 6-Stars for JC Tiles!!

The experience with JC Tiles was just outstanding! They were very prompt to answer my calls and set an appointment for the work. They arrived on time and reviewed the work and offered very helpful information and suggestions. The work was performed exactly as planned and they were very respectful and professional at all times. They were very conscience about keeping our home clean during the work and they left our home very clean when the job was finished. I would highly recommend their services!

He didn't show up on the first day and didn't call. Against my wishes my husband still worked with him and my husband was the one to reach out to him a day later because we needed the job done and had already paid through Angie's List. We were 7 tiles short and I told him that I would have our handyman finish the last 7 so he didn't have to come back. He assumed that I meant that he didn't have to grout the 95% of the tile that was already in place. He left the job before I realized this and when I called him a few minutes after to come back and grout what he had already finshed, he gave me an attitude and made it clear he didn't want to complete that part of the job. He was very disrespectful to the point that I didn't even want him back in my home and will now pay someone else to finish the job.

"I don't know why there is people out there that just want to take advantage of others, to start you bought 30 sqft deal. When I came to your house you have 45 sqft and guess what ? I wasn't even charging for the extra . You miss order the tiles two times yes two times not one but yes yes two times .and you told me just leave it I'm going to have my handyman finished because you miss order the materials . How can you miss two times ? Yes you did call me very mad , I was very calm , and to let know I don't use bad vocabulary just to let you know. Guess what I get [Member Information Removed] bad review from you after you screw up everything even my schedule, I get your bad review but for that bad one I will get 5 times more than what you think."

I can't say enough good things about the job that Jose and Rudy did! They were on time and very congenial to work with. The quality of the work was absolutely terrific. I have included a photo. We wish we would have known about JC Tiles before we commissioned the tile work in our guest bathroom - we would MUCH rather have had them do the work based on the difference in quality in the jobs. We would hire JC again in a heartbeat and will be recommending him to everyone we know. Thanks, Jose!

Jose did great work. However, I asked repeatedly for follow up services to bring back a ton of tile he overestimated us needing. He has missed multiple appointments to help get the tile literally down the street and never responded back on appointment day.

We highly recommend J.C. Tiles Company! The owner Jose was amazing. We are so impressed by his work. every detail we spent talking over he listened to the vision and our concerns ... we needed J.C. Tile company to completely remove our very old shower... he did a great job with keeping everything clean and protected. Also, did a beautiful job artistically lining up the tiles to reflect a waterfall-like flow coming down from the top.. It came out unique and looks like I paid a lot of money for this project but, actually it was very reasonable. We paid out of pocket for all materials. We are so happy with his work. the installation of our new beautiful tile walls to the ceiling and pebble floor is a wonderful change. also, they helped assist with plumbing and shower doors install. I highly recommend Jose company J.C.Tiles.

Working with Jose was great as I had a work intensive design. He worked with me through all the stages to make sure he understood my drawings and that it met my satisfaction at every step. Jose directed me to his preferred tile supplier which had an expansive selection and the representative gave me Jose's contractor price. I recommend Jose for any tile project you may have. In fact we decided to have Jose do another bathroom since the master turned out so well.

<p>We are very happy with Jose's work. He and his crew were very responsive, fast but careful, and always punctual. Jose is the kind of tile contractor most people hope they will be able to find. He is very aware of the customer's needs and concerns and never left us wondering what was going on. He and his crew worked very hard in record high summer heat to get the job done and exceed our expectations. They have a great "eye" for aesthetic choices like tile pattern choices and calculating the tile cuts so they look great and aren't too narrow in one area, etc. They left our remodel site clean and tidy. We will definitely use Jose again! </p>

Jose and his crew did a fantastic job. They were prompt, clean, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely happy. The herringbone pattern is absolutely perfect and symmetrical and cuts are precise. Grout lines evenly spaced. I had a different installer put in floor tile and job was sub-par. Jose regrouted areas for me and sealed it. I wish he had done the floor install to begin with! His attention to detail is there and he can interpret your vision for your space and give you exactly what you want! I will be using him again in the future.

I would highly recommend Jose Carballo! As I said above, he is a true craftsman and professional. His attention to detail is astounding, as seen by his placement of tiles. My shower area is a piece of art… his work is very impressive. If you want beautiful tile work, work with Jose Carballo, he will not disappoint.. He was always on time, kept his work area clean, and involved me in the decision making process as he worked. I plan to use Jose when I remodel my master bathroom. I have already recommended him to friends.
