On Oct 2 we were to meet around 8:30 for him to give us a quote. I contacted him to see if he was still coming around 9:30. He asked at 10:30 for the address again and arrived shortly after that. He quoted us 1400 to tile the Kitchen wall, Bathroom shower, Paint the Bathroom and fix the siding, asked for a deposit to hold our spot. Did not request a specific amount for deposit so I gave him 200.00 since I was punching the supplies. He said he would meet me Tuesday at Home Depot at 9:00 this would have been on Oct 6. He contacted me on Monday and changed the start of the project to Wednesday Oct 7, and I was to meet him at Home Depot around 9:00 am. I showed him what tiles I picked out; he told me they were the wrong ones for what I was having done and directed me to the tiles he said were best for the job. I left Home Depot after punching the grout, tiles and caulking. I stated I should have gotten the paint also and he said it can wait till tomorrow, which was Thursday. I returned home at approximately 10:15 and he arrived 11:00 to start the projects. He started laying the kitchen splash tiles, and I was verifying what type of paint to order. I was going to have Home Depot deliver it, so it was here for Thursday when he wanted to paint. HE said to me do you see how long it is taking me to do the tiles; I will not be able to paint the Bathroom. He then proceeded to say he would paint the bathroom on Friday Oct 9, for an additional 700. I stated he told us he had a dental appoint and could not work on Friday. He proceeds to say he would come after his dental appointment. I left just before 3:00 to pick up children and he was there and told my husband he would do the painting on Friday for an additional 450. My husband said no, my daughter would paint the room. He left my home between 4 and 5 after laying the kitchen tiles.

Joe did an excellent job with feedback every step of the way on my fence gate repair. He noticed and communicated what was needed. And went above and beyond before, during and after the job was completed. He is fair, dependable and reasonable with work and rates.

Danny and his team were excellent when it came to communication, work completion and understanding my needs. Danny even went the extra mile to communicate with my Insurance Adjuster to be sure that I received appropriate coverage for the damages-somwthing I would never understand. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication.
