H2O Sprinklers

We are completely frustrated with JDI Sprinklers and would not recommend their services to anyone. They installed 5 sprinkler heads on the neighbors' property. Our neighbor hired a land surveyor to stake out the property line. Jack responded promptly at first by moving the sprinkler heads, however he also stated that he would pay for the survey and has not. Furthermore, he will not return any of our phone calls regarding the fall maintenance that we are entitled to. The sprinklers are only under warranty if JDI does the maintenance, so where does that leave us? Jack is unresponsive and unprofessional - find someone else for the job!

They get a "no star" rating because they were the worst contracor company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is non existant, their work is totally unsatisfactory and their sub-contractor friends who are supposed to do other work are as unreliable as they are. I will never give them my business nor will I give them any type of positive recommendation.

Great Service, friendly, quick & cheap price

The install was done in a timely fashion and was completed when they said it would be. Price very reasonable. The service after the install was good . First had a leak at the presure valve and they came out right away on the next business day to fix. Then I had a leaking head that is being very difficult to fix they have been out several times to fix the issue only to have it leak again. Jack has been there every time to fix the issue. Now I have a rain sensor that does not work and can not get anyone to even call me back - Not sure if they are even still in business...

Sprinkler system was done in time as agreed.

JDI Sprinkler Maintenance responded quickly with phone call. Jack offered to come out and give me a free estimate for our repair that same day. He came out and offered to fix the problem at that time or we could choose to buy the parts to repair the problem ourselves. I chose to have him do the repair. The cost was so reasonable and the work was done quickly. He checked the whole system to make sure everything was working properly. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service and repair. I will use him again for any future problems.

Promptly responded and came out right away and fixed my sprinkler system. I was extremely impressed and will continue to use JDI in the future. They were also very competitively priced, the service was outstanding!

Overall was pleased with the value JDI offered. There were a couple of scheduling and billing snafus - person came much earlier than Jack had mentioned....fortunately we were at home. In the bill, we were charged for more heads being replaced than actual and at a higher rate than mentioned by the person conducting the work. Person did a good job explaining the system to me.

Quality work at a very reasonable price. My only issue is that they were a few hours late, but they called beforehand to let me know.

Jack knows his profession. Unlike so many other sprinkler maintenance companies, Jack does not charge you high fees. Jack's company is family run, which makes it even better. We are extremely happy with JDI Sprinkler Maintenance.

JDI provided us with very poor customer service. They do a poor job of scheduling and do not return phone calls. We've called and called for our winterization - which, is mandatory to be done by JDI as otherwise they'll not warranty our system. JDI said that someone would call & come out on a Sunday but noone ever called or came out. Not only is this poor service, but inconvenient as we made ourselves available all day due to their lack of communitcation. After calling ServiceMagic, JDI finally responded and came out and finished the winterization process.

Outstanding service and fantastic pricing. Had one concern that some sod they laid died shortly after they completed their work. They came out immediately and corrected the problem. Couldn't have been happier with the job they did.

Friendly, reliable and very reasonable as far as price goes. Other companies charged service fees and additional fees by the quarter hour. JDI quoted flat price over the phone which we really appreciated as we knew there would be no hidden costs. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

The work was done efficiently and well, but he was 90 minutes late for the appointment and never bothered to call and notify us.
