Needed repairs to vaulted ceiling joint cracks. House is 25 years old. Job went well and cracks were fixed. Note: November 2018 - cracks showed up again. Jim will return to repair under warranty. Another review will be added following warranty repair.

Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)

Great! Professional, polite, responsive and interested in getting the job done right. Painted interior (walls, doors, trim) of great room, office, laundry room, downstairs & upstairs hallways. Done in 5 days. Looks great and they always dleaned up after themselves. Moves some furniture when needed (we did some moving to get the space ready but they did plenty themselves). Jim is easy to work with and pleasant to be around. His employee Ben was focused and a very hard worker. Would hire again & cannot recommend enough.

Friendly owner and staff. Painted trim on two story house. Work was well done. Didn't leave a mess or drip paint all over. Could have applied a thicker layer of paint to surface but I tend to paint heavy. Gave us a discount.

Very well. Jim had all the supplies needed . Showed up on time. The work was done in the time he said when he was here for the estimate. Clean up was fast and the job was perfect.

First of all, I want to say that Jim the owner did not do the work. It was wood refinishing, not painting. Jim has a different person do the wood related work. When I met with Jim for the estimate he was pleasant and professional, the wood guy however, was late. Despite having an estimate that was twice as high as the other estimate I had gotten, I hired them (I could not get a certificate of insurance from the other guy). He was supposed to start work on a Saturday. I knew that they needed to match the stain of my existing woodwork and would need time to do this, so I offered a piece of my woodwork to them several days ahead of time. They did not take me up on my offer. On Saturday, he took the wood to the paint store but they did not match it until late that afternoon. Thus, no work was done on Saturday. He acted surprised that it took so long to match the stain (so I could anticipate this but the professional could not?!). On Sunday he showed up late (he called first, but he should have known that the paint store did not open until 10) however he had forgotten some of his materials and had to wait for someone to bring them. On Monday he showed up late (again, he called to let us know). The work he did looks fine except that he forgot to refinish a section of one step. After I contacted him he said he would come back but did not. A week later I still had not heard from him or Jim so I did it myself. While doing this I also noticed that he did not tape off the white railings on my stairs so that there is a bit of stain on the white on many of them ( I seem to recall him telling me at the estimate that he would tape them). Not a huge deal but I kind of expected more attention to detail. Overall, I am happy with how my stairs look and he was a very nice person. His tardiness did not add any days to the project but was annoying.

Everything went smooth. J made three trips to complete the job to ensure it was done properly based upon his high level of craftsmanship.

Service was not good. He spent all his time painting only one room. He prolonged everything. So I had to hire someone else to paint the rest of the room.

Very pleased with painting job and would use them again. Paid $30 for an extra hours but was very happy to get both rooms done.

It went great. I've already hired JD Painting Plus to come back and paint parts of my stairs and my foyer. I also plan to redo downstairs woodwork and doors in a few months. I'll be calling JD Painting. Also, I felt very comfortable allowing Jim, Joe, and Ben in my home. Highly recommend. Note: They were not the cheapest bid or the most expensive bid I had. I felt that pricing was fair for the work done.

It worked out really super well. It was just a week after. It ended up doubling it because I him do some more work for me. It ended up costing me about $900. I had him do more and then it ended up around $900. I thought it was pretty good. It's very good work. They are professional. They clean up after themselves and they gave helpful hints.

They did everything they way I needed them to do it.

Jim was incredibly responsive and the work of his team was excellent. I had to work with Jim remotely as I live in another state and he was a pleasure. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic stared on time and finished one day early.

Jim arrived on time with all supplies and got right to work. He and his assistant were friendly and professional. His attention to detail was very evident. We will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Very responsive, scheduled quickly and showed up on time.  All great qualities. <br>Worked quickly and professionally did a good job.  Was painting over a darker color so in hindsight we needed extra coverage that I think wasn't noticeable until paint fully dried but that was our problem.  <br>I would use them again and not hesitate. <br>
