Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line.

Installed a system to keep the A/C drains from clogging. Extremely helpful and friendly.

I cannot praise this company enough. The cost was a little higher than I anticipated, but I think it was well worth it. We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. He then looked at a couple of other issues for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily "taken us for a ride" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!). THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!

Our technician, Steve, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was sent an email with his name and picture before he arrived so I knew who to expect and it was after 9pm when I called so that was important. I highly recommend JD Precision Plumbing.

Friendly and punctual.

Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service.

Plumber showed up on time and fixed the broken hose bib quickly.

January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone.

Lovely job - quality equipment - very professional and prompt service. Possibly a little expensive, but to be honest as new arrivals in the USA I can't say for sure. We'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.

The technician was 90 minutes late for the first appointment of the day. I paid more than $400 for the installation of (2) bathroom sink faucets for what I was told would be a 3-4 hour job. The technician completed the actual work for both sinks in less than an hour, but he spent nearly 2 hours at my home taking several cellphone calls and even meeting with another employee of the company outside on the street to hand off materials for another job. The technician left a mess after he was finished and I later found a leak because he had not properly tightened a fitting on a supply line. I will not use this company again.

Not good at all. They basically took our money and did nothing. When I called they told me there was not charge to send someone out to check it out. When a very young man showed up, he immediately told me there would be a $125.00 diagnostics charge. Not having much choice, I paid it. I told him what the softener was doing, he called a real tech and told the tech what I had told him was going on. He did not even touch the softener. He told me after speaking with the tech that they would call for the parts and come back out to repair. About a week later I called because I hadn't heard from them. They said they would get back with me. I called again a couple of days later. They said they were waiting on the parts. The following week they called me and said that they could not work on the softener and that only the manufacturer could?? It took two weeks to find this out?? I asked about the $125.00 I had paid and they said they would not refund any. I couldn't believe they felt that they had earned it?? They literally sent someone out that didn't know what they were doing and the only thing they did do was take my money. Very poor way to run a business. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company. Unbelievable that a business can operate like this. They basically stole my money.

JD Precision did an excellent, although expensive, job. I liked that they sent me the biography and references of the plumber they assigned to the job. They were very upfront about modifications that needed to be made and I never felt like they were trying to up-sale me on their services,

Outstanding. Arrived on time, explained process professionally and completed work for original quote despite running into some areas that were significantly more difficult than they expected. Ben was the lead technician and he was excellent.

They came out to my house that was having a leak in the middle of the night and stopped the leak. Also got me in touch with a water remediation team to take care of the sheetrock and carpet that got soaked. Very thankful they answered the phone after I called 10 other companies. Next time I'll call them first.

I thought I had a plumbing problem. The JD Precision Plumbing technician showed me that my problem was a "helpful" friend who did not know what he was doing, and a couple of loose connections. JD Precision Plumbing is now at the top of my list of trustworthy home repair specialists.

Work was performed as requested and the plumber, Ben Dawson, was courteous and efficient.

The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. We spent thousands of dollars with this company... to refuse to repair/replace a defective toilet is just the type of service no one wants.

Overall, it went well. Dalton, the man who actually came to my house was very professional, personable, and approachable. There were a couple of small issues with the supply house they used, and with the office not calling when they said they were going to. Service at the point of delivery was very good, though, and I'd use them again.
