Well, John was quite impressive in person and ongoing text communication. Unfortunately, John hires his help from halfway/rehab facilities, per the 4 men that worked on my house. Not one of the grown men owned a vehicle. I thought it was odd but never thought about the men needing bathroom facilities until I noticed multiple cotton rags 6-10 in my side yard while mowing my yard. Around the 3-4th work day, I noticed very poor prep work on my gutters and storm windows. It appeared no prep was properly done as I could see old paint through the new paint streaks and many, many bubbles/blisters under the newly applied paint. As for the storm windows. They had never been painted because we were concerned the paint would chip. If they were not prepped and painted correctly. Thats exactly what happened. Its the worse paint job Ive ever seenâ ¦ like the second coat was applied while the first coat was still wet. I asked the guys what brushes they were using and they said Harbor Freight $3-4 brushes! I couldnt believe it when John came to me and advised they would be finished the next day. I wish I could show pics on this review. So John ask me to give him an opportunity to do the job right and apologized for NOT being on the job moreâ ¦ he promised he would be there every hour on the re-paint. John also said he released 2 of the4 that started my job. In closing, I provided John 16 pics after the first announcement he was finished and the 48 pics after the re-paint. Sadly, there is very little difference. My storm windows are so badly painted with oil based paint, the will be cost prohibitive to strip and re paint. Therefore, I believe after multiple lame sanding and layer after layer of paint applied, replacement is the only answer. Its disappointing when I told John it would be much easier to remove the storm windows and paint following a good prep and then he advised he would make me happy before he quit and he has actually de-valued my home. Also, virtually every text message between John and I before and during his work was sent to me via email by Angi Listâ ¦ except the last few with my 48 pics and my itemizing what was wrongâ ¦ someone edited my text. Excellent to work with John! Very pleased with timeline and quality of work done by Mike! Also had some painting done by Brandon! This entire experience for planning and completing a beautiful deck could not have been better! This team is excellent to work with! I am anxious for them to return to help with another project!

JDR Services recently painted the exterior of our house plus did a number of repairs such as replacing trim and a few pieces of siding. They showed up every day and did a really nice job. Very courteous and customer-service oriented. I considered their work to be a very good value.
