Did a great job at a fair price....recommended

Excellent! He went above and beyond and the price was very fair!

It went well had a little hiccup with a missed appointment, that was rectified and he showed up on time and did a great job.

The Jedson team came out and gave us a quote very quickly. Once we decided to move forward, the work started right away and they worked very quickly. We received updates throughout the week via text message pictures and phone calls with updates. After the initial project was completed, the team stayed an extra day to assist with some cracked pipe issues we had as well.

I had gutter cleaning, which was less than satisfactory, some left untouched. The crew came on two occasions, putting in less hours than agreed upon. The other project, preparing the base for a metal outdoor shed, was left unfinished relative to time promised. I had difficulty with communications and just gave up with trying to bring projects to a resolve.

The contractor, Jose, and his business partner walked through the rooms, listened to what we were hoping to accomplish, took notes and gave advice on each item.  They had the patience to pick items out at Home Depot with us.  They worked very quickly and efficiently and communicated by sending photos of the progress each step of the way.  The work was meticulous.  The bathrooms came out looking great.  Jose was fair with his estimates and stuck to them.  We will definitely use Jedson Home Maintenance in the future and will recommend them to others. <br />

<ol> <li>1. All electrical work was performed quickly and efficiently. The installation of all lights and fixtures was done with care and precision. I would say that the speed was impressive since he managed to replace old fixtures and install new ones withing minutes. The manner in which the whole operation is really customer friendly. He walked with me and took notes on every single issue that I needed help with and wanted to establish the budget first before moving to job performance. </li> </ol> <br /> <br /> 2. Plumbing: I've had an issue with stuck pipes in one of my commercial kitchen for years. After dealing with a few other companies that used all sorts of sophisticated equipment including cameras inside the drain which ended up costing thousands of dollars I was lucky enough to be referred to Jedson Home Maintenance by a friend. He used common sense rather then equipment and within half an hour he accomplished more then 3 companies tried to achieve within a week. After solving that issue for me I trusted him with any plumbing job afterwards and he never disappointed.  Faucet replacement and installation on a at least 3 hand sinks was performed quickly and cheaply. My 3 bay sink and commercial dishwasher had drain issues. Jedson cut and replaced the pipe and provided venting to the machine and thus solving  the issue. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Carpentry: He constructed liquor shelving behind my new bar, installed molding and performed the staining and finishing. Within 1 day and a half 7 plywood sheets transformed into beautiful shelving and spot lights, beautiful stain and finish.
