Did a great job, took a couple of days longer that anticipated but he went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. 1000 miles later all is well <br />

Jeep would not stay running after start.  Raphael knew immediately what was wrong.  He ordered the part and I returned the next morning.  He removed the defective part, solvent cleaned the intake throat and adjacent areas, installed the new part, reassembled everything, tested the work, and I was on my way in less than an hour.  Between his knowledge of the vehicle, his instincts gained through years of experience, his fairness in business practice, and his friendly and respectful attitude, if you try Raphael on your Jeep you will never bother looking anywhere else.  A real find - he is the best. <br />

As far as I can tell Jeepers Pro is the only independent Jeep specialist in the whole San Fernando area.  He is all that a Jeep owner could hope for.  He has decades of experience working on Jeeps.  He worked at a Jeep dealer for over 15 years and received the full gamut of factory training.  He has been on his own for about 5 years.  His shop is clean and in a good area.  He listens well and is easy to communicate with.  His prices are more than fair and, because of his extensive experience, he goes right to the problem and doesn't waste time and his customer's money on guess work.  I recommend him to every Jeep owner.      It's worth noting that, after Jeepers Pro had completed the repairs, my son told me that when he noticed his Jeep running rough in reverse he took it to a dealer in Northern California (my son is away at college).  The dealer's service manager told him he probably needed a new transmission and if he left the car the the dealer would do a proper diagnosis for only about $200.  Remember, the real problem had nothing to do with the transmission and was fixed by Raphael with a minor tuneup.  We'll stick with Jeepers Pro.
