Great! I've had this firm do work at my home several times, and I've been very pleased.

They are excellent cleaners. Very thorough. I hire them regularly. I went through multiple cleaning services before I found them.

Great. it was quite a while ago, so I don't remember details.

Fast and efficient. Maybe a bit too fast. Looks like they missed the ceiling tile in the shower/tub, as well as the toilet bowl. Otherwise, happy with results.

Ok but wish they would of informed me prior, that they do not move furniture.

They weren't terrible responsive in setting up the appointment. I called the day of my original appointment to confirm that they were coming out since I hadn't heard a response to my most recent query, at which point he asked to reschedule for the following day, which I allowed. The appointment was for between 2 and 3 pm, they didn't arrive until after 6:30. I understand things come up, but they were also not communicative at all. When they arrived, they did very good work, but I would not hire again because of the lack of communication.

The work was done competently given it was four hours for a very dirty townhouse. But he failed to show up for the first appointment. I had to make another appointment to return the key and he showed up two hours after the appointment time window. He has a very nice personality.

What a great team!  I didn't call with very much notice at all but they were able to fit me into their schedule within about 4 days of my call.  We had just moved and left the house with a lot of boxes and things out of place.  They asked for a detailed list of what we needed done. Number 1 on my list was my sad looking bathtub and sink.  I thought it was irredeemably stained but just asked them to do their best.  They were able to remove virtually all of the staining!  It looks so nice!  They powered through my list and even managed to find time to clean the floors in my kitchen and bathroom - something I hadn't asked for because I was worried I was leaving too long a list.  Very nice crew, very thorough job.  I would absolutely recommend them!

The team showed up promptly at the appointed time. I gave them a list of tasks and they divided it up between them and got to work. They did an excellent job and I look forward to scheduling again.
