Jeff's Lawn Care has been treating my grass for 5 years with liquid Bio-Green products. They treat the grass six times each growing season. These treatments control what was once a fairly serious Bermuda grass infestation. Plus, my understanding is that Bio-Green products are pet-safe. Jeff's Lawn Care is the only lawn service in Tri-Cities that offers Bio-Green products.

Jeff's Lawn Care sent three workers to re-work an over-grown flower bed. The workers dug out three bushes from the area and removed the existing landscape fabric, rocks, and mulch. They then planted two small shrubs. They covered the newly-cleaned area with mulch and dug a hole for a small tree that hadn't arrived yet from a Pasco nursery. The workers were polite, showed up when they were scheduled, and cleaned up their mess when they finished. They were careful not to disturb the underground sprinklers. They returned a few days later and planted the small tree. I was disappointed that no amendments were added to the newly un-covered soil before planting and mulching. The workers were not provided with any soil amendments, so obviously they did not know that task needed to be done. I thought that task was part of the bid. After the workers left, I re-planted the two new bushes, using amended soil that I created. Later, I told one of the owners that I was disappointed about the condition of the soil. I was told that it is only necessary to amend the soil in the locations where items are being planted. But the workers were not told to do that, and were not provided with the relevant material. I was charged the bid amount for the work, although it took two tries to get the bill correct. I like this company and employ them for a number of on-going services. I just wasn't totally satisfied with this particular landscaping job.

Jeff & Janice are friendly, prompt, efficient and totally on top of their scheduling and outstanding services. I recently purchased a duplex and both front yards and the backyards were trashed and nearly dead. When other services said it was to late the grass was dead, they suggested laying new grass for a hefty price, I said, no. Jeff has patiently, thoroughly worked his magic and my yards are coming back to life. JEFF'S LAWN CARE & LANDSCAPING prices are competitive, YET, reasonable. I call Jeff, the yard whisperer and HE is worth every penny.

I selected Jeff's Lawn Care & Landscaping Company for my 2016 lawn care needs for two reasons: the use of Bio-Green fertilizer products; and a willingness to treat a bermuda grass infestation. It's too early to know if the bermuda grass treatments will work (the contract states 3-6 years), but I am noticing worms in my lawn, which I attribute to the more ecological safe Bio-Green products. (Eventually I'd like to attract birds to my suburban yard.) This company has also done some fine-tuning of my UG sprinkler system. I like being able to call one place for all of my needs. Jeff and Janice, in particular, have spent time educating me about my yard, which I appreciate.

They were out here a couple of times. Their prices were not the highest, not the lowest. I still have my sprinklers not working right. I wasn't pleased with the quality of the work. They came out twice to supposedly get my sprinklers running right but they still haven't fixed it.

Jeff performed the service on the day planned at for a very resonable cost.  I would definitely use this service again.

The service was good. Jeff was professional and efficient and I will use them again in the future. My only caveat was the delay in their service and punctuality, otherwise I was satisfied.

No problems to report. Performs work on schedule as agreed. I am unable to perform work on my own so Jeff's Lawncare performs this much needed service. Would highly recommend them to others. <br />

They come on a weekly basis to mow the grass and upkeep the areas around.  They are doing a great job with the work.  They come every Monday in the morning.  The price is reasonable.

Jeff came to our home and gave us an estimate for "yearly service".  We agreed to his offer and he came by the next week for the first application.  He has since been by for a second application.  We receive an e-mail approximately 48 hours prior to his crews arrival,a big help so that animals can be kept inside, so as not to create any problems for his technicians.  Yard, trees and rocks all look great. <br />
