BEWARE - Misleading Reviews and Poor Service! I trusted Jeff's Pool and Spa Service based on their glowing reviews, but it was a mistake. After they botched the job, I had to hire another company to fix their numerous errors. Digging deeper, I discovered something alarming: many of these "positive" reviews are written by their own employees, managers, and even family members. Look at my attached evidence—it’s clear that leaving a fake review is rewarded with “Employee of the Month” status. This deceptive practice completely undermines any trust in their so-called reputation. How can you trust a company that manipulates reviews to scam unsuspecting customers? They prioritize covering up their poor work over providing professional service. Do yourself a favor: steer clear of this company. Don't fall for their lies like I did. I have picture proof these good reviews are left by employees. See Donivan S. review? He was their employee of the month for example.

They did not do half of the job I paid them to do. They did none of the concrete repair and left pebbles under the liner. They also did not install the liner properly. I had a second company verify that. BUYER BEWARE!!!

After hearing the horror stories of what the problem could be and what I might have to pay to fix it, Jeff's came out and pointed out it was a simple valve that was my problem, and I didn't need to destroy and rebuild my fountain after all. They easily could have sold me a huge construction job, but fixed my problem with a new valve and an hour labor.

The specialists at Jeffs Pool and Spa are professional knowledgable and prompt. In the last 13 years they have been servicing our custom in ground swimming pool there has never been an instance when the pool was unusable for more than a few hours. We live on the marsh so we have many friendly marsh raccoons who use the pool to drink and wash themselves. Despite the obvious unavoidable chemical imbalances caused by our local wildlife the specialists at Jeffs Pool and Spa have seen it all before and are always prepared to treat any specific issue in order to maintain an absolutely sparklingly clean pool. <br /> <br />They have maintained our pool equipment and Polaris consistently for 13 years without any unnecessary or excessive expenses. The best thing about Jeffs Pool and Spa is their consistent reliability and quality of service. I never have to worry that the pool won't be in perfect condition when family or friends head outside to go swimming. So much of a home requires constant attention and maintenance - but thanks to Jeffs Pool and Spa - I know the pool is one area I never have to worry about. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and affordable high quality pool service. Because we have always been so satisfied with Jeffs Pool and Spa - I have never taken the time to provide a review. This was an unfortunate oversight on my part. It is so important that the people on Angies List take the time to provide helpful accurate reviews for the long term service providers we count on regularly. <p>Called Jeff's to report a water leak to my spa.   The next day they came to my residence, diagnosed the problem and repaired the leak installing new seal and gasket to my older pump.  Problem solved quickly and professionally.</p> <p>This is the third time this year that I have needed their services: install  a new motor on my spa; install a new gas hot water heater and this repair.  All work has been completed quickly, professionally and at fair cost.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their services.</p> <br />

The young man who said we had sand in the pool said we had ZERO chlorine and only needed one chemical. The next day, Chris came out.  I showed him the filter and he was suppose to fix it.  He told me the bolt needed tightened and that all I needed to do was cut off the bolt and replace it.  He said if that didn't work, I needed to replace the o ring.  I mentioned the sand in the pool that Logan had told me and Chris told me I needed to empty my sand filter and get out the fingers at the bottom and see if they're cracked.  He offered to do that for 250!  I asked how much it'd cost if I took the sand out and he said $80.00.  He seemed in a hurry and wanted to get out of there. I had to ask him to cut off the bolt he mentioned.  He sighed.  He did it and told me he did not have a bolt and that I could pick one up at the shop.  I drove in and got the bolt.  The following Tuesday my son and I drained the sand filter and took out the middle piece and the fingers.  I took it to Jeff's Pools.  They asked me why I brought it in.  I gave them a run down of what had happened and the fact that my pool STILL is green!!!! Jeremy apologized and didn't understand why I was told to bring it in.  I was pretty upset.  I took the part and came home and put it back together. I asked that the owner, JEFF call me.  That has not happened but I have received a bill!!!!  My pool is STILL green!!! When I took the part in I also took in a water sample.  They said I had NO Chlorine.  Hmmmm... So this morning... less than 24 hours later, I took a sample to another pool place who told me my Chlorine was high... and even told me I have an algae in my pool and that it was green. <br /> <br /> REPLY:  We were NOT sold chlorine from your company.  There was NO sand in our pool.  You were wrong!  AND... when I carried the lateral in, Jeremy and another guy looked at me like I was crazy!!! They couldn't understand why I had brought it in and why Chris had told me too!!!! It also took longer than a day to turn around, and thanks to COASTAL HARDWARE... it was straightened out.  <br />

We had them to come out to inspect the pool as we had an offer on the home. The young man was nice but he said that he could not turn the pool on as there was too much algae in the system. He was too send the report to us along with an estimate to get the pool up and functioning. They did send an estimate and proof of payment and the inspection report that they sent was totally blank. <br /> Later on the listing realtor turned the pool on with no problem but the provider would not even do that, only give us a price to have an entire new system. <br /> The provider might do a great job in general on servicing pools but for the inspection it was less than what we thought we were paying for. <br />

$848 and still have an un-swim able pool. They will be the first to respond to new inquires because they take advantage of people. <br />

They responded from only one phone call and came when they said they would. <br />

Called Brunswick store and they gave me new number for Camden number for new location. Very personable on phone and came out rnext day for estimate.
