The team from Jenkins Home Enhancement was always timely and firendly. From start to finish- I was constantly updated and informed of options with the project with pros and cons for every decision.  He was very price aware and it seemed like he spent my money as if it were his.  I look forward to using their services again and would have to issues recommending him to anyone that asked. <br />

Water heater replacement was first on the agenda as not taking care of that immediately could have caused damage.  There was a little delay in acquiring the water heater because the big box store it was purchased from didn't ring it up correctly when I purchased it for later pickup.  It cost us a couple of hours of frustration but from what I could tell it didn't bother Brian too much.  Install went well.  A new ball valve and flexible supply lines were installed which should make the next water heater replacement go faster. <br /> Demolition began and I realized that this job was going to have more of an impact on our daily retired lives that I had imagined.  This was not due to anything Brian and crew did - it was the first time I had hired someone to do more than two days' work.  It was a little dusty but not as bad as I had imagined.  Brian and Anthony did everything they could to keep things cleaned.  Anthony even ran the vacuum on multiple occasions and both Anthony and Brian dusted.  I can honestly say they treated my home as their own and I greatly appreciated it.  Are we going to clean more extensively - yes - but its spring cleaning time anyway.  The point is, I felt comfortable sleeping in our bedroom even with the demolition of our master bath. <br /> The master bath was a bit less square than it could have been which caused Brian to ponder for some time exactly how to lay the tile for the best possible appearance.  The result was spectacular in my opinion. <br /> On the fourth day we were actually seeing our new bathrooms come together and I was so pleased with their attention to detail.  It all looks great - better than I had imagined. <br /> About this time it Brian brought in Shelly and that additional set of hands really started to make things happen.  Brian needed to excuse himself for a while to line up more future business so that made sense.  He was never gone long though and was there until the last (6th) day. <br /> The crew was very polite and pleasant.  During some of the pauses in action I was happy to get to know them all better.  Even though I told them I was going to pressure wash the garage the day after finishing up the job, they swept up and hosed out the garage.  Its that type of consideration I and attention to detail I appreciate. <br /> I already have plans for them to come out and replace all of my baseboards.  I expect I will have more jobs for them after than.  <br /> I'll try to add pictures if I can figure out how. <br /> <br />

From contract to completion, a great experience! Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. Work was completed on time in spite of adverse weather conditions. The deck is exactly what we needed and is a joy to use. We would definitely recommend and/or use this company's services again. <br />

They are very polite on the phone. They were on time. They gave me options for my water heater and different sizes. When the guy came out he said "you got one of those shorties" and I said yeah. He left and said he would be back with the proper one. He was back in about 40 minutes and put it in. He was very very nice, polite and clean. Where it had leaked he took out the old one and helped me clean up. They are just very pleasant people. I got much higher estimates over the phone. I knew what I needed and one company could not get to me for 4 or 5 days. You need hot water, especially when you have a 20 year old girl. Not only that, but laundry doubles. Because this house is old, he rerouted the heater because he thought it was silly the way it had it and there was no turn off valve. He didn't add any labor on that at all. He had one in the truck and added the valve on the bill. Because there was no shut off valve at all. They said they would be here at 8:30 and he was here at 8:29. Very professional and very friendly. I am comfortable with them when they are in my home. I went about my business and he didn't make me uncomfortable at all.

They guy who owns the company is very good. His rates are good and his quality of work is great. He is an easy guy to work with.

Brian is a very personable and informative person. He thoroughly inspected my roof to find the sources of the leaks we were experiencing. He explained in detail what he found and how he proposed to fix it. The day the repair work was to be performed Brian showed up at the appointed time 10am and worked all day until around 6pm to complete the work. His work was careful and deliberate. He did not rush to get the job done. Despite the many hours it took to complete the work he did not adjust his initial estimate of $450.00.

It took a while for the work to be done, but Mr. Jenkins was up front about his time schedule & kept me informed. Work was done very well & area cleaned up afterwards.

Brain tore off and replaced my hail damaged roofing and help me choose the color and type that I needed. He and his workers are very concerned with the way the work is performed was well as taking care of the surrounding area around your house. Each night grounds was walked for any scrapes of roofing and nails. Extra care was always taken. Would recommend him to anyone needing help with insurance companies, Brain handled all of my insurance companies questions directly.

MR. JENKINS WAS ALWAYS POLITE AND WILLING TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. HE PRICED THE WORK FAIRLY, LET US KNOW WHEN THERE WERE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS, AND MADE THE REPAIRS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

MR. JENKINS DOES ALL KINDS OF WORK; DECKS, ROOF, SIDING, HOUSE BUILDING. CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING. IF HE DOESN'T DO IT OR CAN'T HANDLE IT IN YOUR TIME FRAME HE WILL TELL YOU.
