As always, Jennifer’s service was superb! After too many long pandemic months of not being able to have Jennifer come to tidy up my home, it was such a great feeling to see my home so clean and organized. Thank you, Jennifer, and welcome back!

Jennifer moved furniture and swept and mopped every floor surface. She was very thorough. She organized as she went and left rooms looking like a magazine!! Jennifer is also very efficient with her time as well. I was surprised at how quickly she cleans my bathrooms and leaves them fresh snd spotless. I know that I get my money’s worth with Jennifer’s Cleaning Service! I recommend her highly!

Jennifer has cleaned my home twice with the initial time being a deep cleaning. She and her team do great work. I highly recommend them!

I have been working with Jennifer's Cleaning Service for 2 years, since early 2016 and they have been fantastic. They do a wonderful job cleaning and organizing and are very responsive, professional, and communicative. They are also always making efforts to improve the way they do things, which is awesome too. We were extremely apprehensive about hiring a cleaning company, and are so happy that our first experience has been so positive!! I'd recommend them for sure!

They never stopped working once they walked in the door. They were very friendly and gracious and made sure everything I wanted done was completed. They even cleaned things I would have never thought of. My house smelled wonderful when they were finished because the dust was all gone!

Great workmanship. Pleasant personality and genuine desire to assist me in this time of need. Excellent judgment was displayed, as was a decorators touch.

This service was all that and a box of chocolates!!!!! Very professional and their work was even more than i had hoped for. I am a neat freak and they surpassed my expectations. I have already booked them going forward. Highly recommend them.....they get an A++++++++++

They come every two weeks. The price is partly why I keep them. Its a $100 for a cleaning. She has a lot of change overs over the years. Its hard to keep. Some of the girls that have come here have not done as well as others.

Jennifer was very prompt in making getting back with me. She was able to make an appointment quickly. She sent her own office manager and another cleaner. In my tiny 1 bedroom apartment they were able to clean it inside 3 hours! They even organized my bedroom and living room. I would definitely recommend them.

The business owner, Jennifer, came with her office manager, Monyssa, to do our first-time deep cleaning. They provided a questionnaire on house/client details & stated that this would be kept on file for all future team members that worked for me, while reassuring me that they strive to send the same people each time. They were very thorough & professional and stayed 5 hrs for a very reasonable price. They were both very pleasant & involved me in discussions about all of their techniques & supplies needed. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how well they had cleaned and have hired their company to do bi-weekly cleanings.

It was amazing. The house was very dirty before they came, but when they were done it looked great! The attention to detail was amazing. Everything was done properly, and they did not try to cut any corners. Very positive experience!

I had a great experience with Jennifer’s Cleaning & Organizing Service. The first time they came out, they did a deep cleaning and did a great job! They sent me a list of all the supplies they needed for the first visit, but I did not end up getting all of the items needed (through my own fault – the list they sent was very thorough, but I just missed a few). Jennifer offered to come back the next day with no problem, even though it was a bit of a long drive. The deep cleaning was very thorough, and we signed up for regular bi-weekly cleanings after that. The teams who come out to do the bi-weekly cleanings are great! They are punctual, very friendly and do a great job. Jennifer was always very flexible if I needed to change my cleaning date and always sent a confirmation text the day before they come out. I would definitely recommend Jennifer’s Cleaning & Organizing Service!

I feel the cleaners are overworked and could use better training. Many of the problems I had could probably be solved if the owner had more crews and didn't over-book, and trained the cleaners a bit better. The cleaners showed up 3 hours late. We had scheduled for "around 1:30" knowing they had another cleaning in the morning that could run over... but they didn't show up until 4:30! Now it was the end of the day and the cleaners were exhausted and it reflected in the quality of the work. This was supposed to be a deep clean, but there just wasn't the detail we would expect from a deep clean. They were supposed to move furniture and clean underneath, but they did not. They also neglected to vacuum in the closets. When I hire cleaners I usually expect them to show up and take care of things without me having to worry about it-- but these guys don't bring their own equipment or supplies and expected to use ours. They called and asked us to buy dusters that they would reimburse us for. But I don't want to take time to go to the store, that's why I hire cleaners-- to save time. I also told them that my vacuum was on the fritz and they would need to bring one ( I thought it was weird that she even asked), but they didn't show up with a proper professional vacuum. They were unable to vacuum the couch and the floors weren't as good as we are used to. Upon arrival the cleaners asked us if we had paper towels they could use to clean. We don't have any paper towels. I don't think the cleaners had any idea what to do at that point. We found damp towels in our linen closet and we are pretty sure they used towels to wipe surfaces and mirrors and then just threw them back in the linen closet because there were not damp towels in there before they showed up and once we told them we didn't have paper towels, they didn't seem to know what to do. I also think they took way too long to clean based on what was actually accomplished. We think the cleaners need better training and the owner needs to hire more people and not over-book. If you wanted to set up a regular thing with this company where it was understood that they would use your equipment and supplies, and it was set-in-stone in the schedule this company may work fine for you, because their rates were quite reasonable. For the onetime cleaning we wanted, this wasn't a very good experience. Or at least it wasn't the housekeeping experience we have come to expect from other professional cleaners we have used in the past.

Great. The only reasons that I am giving them a B as opposed to an A has nothing to do with the cleaning. Only timeliness, scheduling misunderstanding, and a couple of breakages. Will still likely hire them for a 3rd time to see how that goes. The ladies are very energetic and will clean things that you don't even think about. They do a lot for the price. Not lazy at all.

Excellent. Exceeded my already high expectations. Very friendly. Punctual. After their cleaning our place is not only immaculately clean-it sparkles! We have already signed up for her monthly cleaning services.

Fantastic! The team did a great job and the results were better than expected. We will have the team from Jennifer's Cleaning and Organizing Service back again. The experience was much better than expected!

Jennifer and her team responded quickly and did a thorough job on our home cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. We will use her again when we need help with the house.
