Used Jenny's Plumbing for some pipe issues and had a great experience. Corey came over in a short time and fixed the problem. He was respectful durimg the process and cleaned up after himself unlike some ive used in the past. I will use Jenny's Plumbing again if needed.

He did an amazing job replacing our water heater and answering all our questions we had about the new water heater we will definitely use him again

I hired Jenny to do a few jobs on an investment property in Oside. She did complete the jobs; however, when i came to filing paperwork on taxes, the IRS informed me she gave us false information on her tax form she had to fill out for payment. They (IRS) did catch her & applied our filings to her taxes. What was funny was her spiel on how she was such a good American, honest and tax paying citizen., a patriot. Funny how she’s actually a liar/cheat & tried to deceive me on irs paperwork. You should be ashamed of yourself Jenny. I do take pride knowing the IRS caught her and she is probably a red flag account w the IRS now. Karma!

They showed up when they said they would, charged a reasonable amount, and did excellent work. I'm remodeling a house, and every time I start a new plumbing job, it's ten times more complicated than I hoped it would be. Jennys will charge time and materials, so I can do the easy stuff and leave the complicated stuff for them. <br />

He has stated that he had received a better price at Home Depot than he thought he would, but refused to pass the savings on to me. The additional $26 dollar charge was for the 2.6% that VISA charges. He had installed a GE 40 Gal 12 year warranty water heater which cost $540 at Home Depot ( I'm sure that he had received a better price) and for pick up, delivery and a 1.5 hr installation he charged me $500. I found that egregious. Upon arrival he should have worn a mask, as this was a stick up.

Overall the service was great.  Cory (master plumber) arrived on time, knew exactly what the problem was and explained in detail what was broken.  He had all the parts on hand and did a very clean installation.  He even fixed another problem with a bathtub drain and showed me how to fix a leaking faucet.
