Jensen Plumbing LLC

Tech was very professional and straight to the point.

Technician was here to repair water valve & give estimate on next project. He did a great job

They were very professional, got the job done in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 recommend this company.

Jensen Plumbing is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers! As a new homeowner, I have had plenty of questions, and their entire team has been patient, responsive, and happy to explain things. They even took the time to show me how my new drain tile works and explain how they help prevent water from leaking into my basement. When I had a gas leak, they responded quickly and helped me get a gas shut-off valve installed that my home didn't originally have. They are currently helping me with a leaky shower and guiding me on options that will work with my existing plumbing. Their pricing is reasonable, and they make you feel like family. No question is too silly, and the staff are like talking to family friends. I highly recommend Jensen Plumbing for their expertise, outstanding customer service, and genuine care for their customers!

I had a water heater that needed immediate replacing. Jensen Plumbing came out the same day I called, plumber was very professional, he was updating me the entire repair, it was quickly done and he gave me some pointers in case there are any issues in the future. I Highly recommend Jensen Plumbing

Yes, they did great work in a timely fashion.

Jensen plumbing provided professional plumbing services to our home. And took time to access the issue and clean up afterwards.

I had Jensen PLumbing out my sump pump in from the City of Racine SUmp Pump program. The guys did an amazing job and they were very friendly and very clean. I was able to get my Sump Pump in in a timely manner. Also had Jensen Plumbing remodel my house that i bought. They gutted my house and repainted and installed new flooring through out my house and repiped waterline and drain. I went from a tub/shower to a shower and it looks amazing. All in all a great company to hire.

Arrived as stated. Very professional . Scheduling additional work.

Good, what I wanted

Very well As they say "All systems are go"

Very well. Only in need a copy of my receipt sent to gegraika32@gmail.com. The amount was $1436 and is needed immediately for State Farm insurance inspection tomorrow.

Very good I hire again good job

Team arrived when scheduled and very efficiently and effectively went about their business and were done in a very reasonable time. Very friendly & professional, would hire again in a heartbeat.

Very efficient and was able to get our water heater replaced in a timely manner. Was on-site on time and replacement done in 2 hours or so. Great crew that did the work. Would definitely recommend.

The overall install went well except for a small flaw. The small hole drilled in the PVC pipe splashes wtr out of the sump when pmp is activated. I now have to try to cover a portion of the sump to eliminate the issue.
