We are family owned and operated and never use sub-contractors. All of our crew foremen have worked for us over 10 years or more. All of our current employees have been here at least 5 years or more. Jericho is an exceptional company because of our employees. When you call our office, chances are you will speak with Sylvia Rangel. She has run the office at Jericho for almost 25 years. Jose Quintanilla, who does all of our levelling and supervises the crews, has worked with Tim Duffy, the owner of Jericho for 30 years. Jericho has no outside, commissioned sales people. Tim Duffy, his son Dallas Duffy, and Kevin Kettle run all the appointments. Inspections are free and honesty is our Number One policy. We treat your home as if it was our own. Ask your friends and neighbors who they recommend for foundation repair. Chances are they'll tell you to call Jericho!

I can only sing the high praises for Jericho Foundation Repairs. From the moment I called to request a quote, until the final clean-up of the job, everything was extremely professional and completely first rate! Dallas Duffy came out to the house precisely on time, completed the survey and gave me a very complete quote to complete the job. The cost for the work was much better than the other companies who submitted quotes. The ladies in the office were amazing and answered all my questions and concerns. Dallas’ crew showed up right on time and began working, being very careful to do the work in the most least disruptive manner. The foreman and all the workers were very courteous and professional. They were all very careful to not make any messes. A very well-run crew! The quote was for three days to completion, and they finished right on time. Much appreciated and made our lives better during this repair. Which could have been otherwise quite harrowing! It may seem like I am overly enthusiastic about have a foundation repair. I am! Considering how big of a disaster a foundation repair could be with the wrong company, Jericho made it virtually painless!

Outstanding! There's lots of "Foundation Repair" companies but Jericho stands out for us and our neighbors who've had our cracked foundations fixed by them. On first visit, Jericho made careful measurements and calmed our panic by their excellent analysis and recommendations for followup before spending a lot of money on work that may or may not be needed. Jericho's came out again, compared measurements a few months later and came up with a work plan that matched an independent engineer's recommendations. Their cost was actually less than other estimates we got from companies that were in a rush to get our business. The Jericho crew was on-time, professional and careful with the work and clean up during 3 days.

It went well. A part of the job was delayed due to equipment breakdown but it was only a day. They communicated regularly while their equipment was being repaired. They resumed as soon as it was possible.

Pretty well. The rep offered some good ideas on how to fix the drainage problem. <br> <br>I made a mistake in not insisting on a cross-section drawing of what was to be installed, not only for my benefit, but to aid in communication between the sales staff and the installers. There was some confusion about how the landscape cloth was to be installed (wrap around pipe or lay on top of pipe), whether to install steel edging alongside the trench or at the bottom of the trench, what to use for fill-soil or existing cobblestones, etc). I also think I made a mistake by not specifying that landscape cloth be laid along the sides and bottom of the trench before the pipe and fill was placed in the trench. <br> <br>The crew was pleasant, helpful and eager to please. I was happy to have them there. <br> <br>Jericho fixed a curb outlet they'd installed many years before; did not explicitly charge for that. It was originally built like thousands of other curb outlets in this town---chop a wide, irregular gap in the curb, extend the PVC pipe through it, put some concrete in it and wait for it to be hit by a tire, breaking the pipe and shattering the concrete. And of course, the new concrete does not bind to the old concrete. Result: an ugly, irregular piece of concrete with a broken PVC pipe in it. Lesson-chopping an irregular hole means some places of the repair concrete will be too thin to offer much compressive strength against a collision with a tire. I don't know, but looking around town, I think cutting a narrow section out of the curb with a saw gives a much better result than chopping a wider, irregular gap.

That's what our company is known for but oftentimes, people will call us that have unusual problems they are trying to solve and we never hesitate to help them out. Replacing and repairing concrete can be tricky business. We just recently purchased the equipment to install a polyurethane foam that will lift and repair lightly loaded concrete areas such as curbs, sidewalks, streets, pool decks, etc. perhaps it would have worked better than what we did at the time to repair your curb area. PERFECT! They did only what was needed. Cost in 2010 was about $175 per pier. <br /> Jericho did the tunneling, and recommended a plumber to do the repairs. They were right about the plumber - we have used that plumber ever since that time. <br /> Jericho is competitive in their pricing and HONEST. <br /> We had a neighbor who contacted another well-known foundation company who told her that she need $32K in repairs. We told her about Jericho, and she contacted them for a 2nd estimate. Jericho told her that her foundation was FINE - no repairs needed as in ZERO. <br />

Everything went as planned. Dallas came out prior to the actual work and mapped out in detail what needed to be done. Dallas is professionalrelaxed, and truthful. He did not scare me and he did not make huge grand plans that were not necessary. What he committed to, he accomplished. We set up a date and Jose arrived with the crew. Jose has been with the company for 28 years. He knows what he is doing. He took charge and powered through. The workers have s huge job when they are digging tunnels, jack hammering, and putting in piers. It is wet, nasty work, but they finished and left the site clean and in good shape. I hope I never have to do this again, but I would not hesitate to use Jericho. <br />

<p>We are fixing up my aunt's town house, as she is disabled and no longer lives in Houston, with the intention to sell it for her.</p> <p>We received 3 different estimates from 3 different providers, We decided to go with Jericho because they seemed the most reasonable, and they explained that for what we needed, there was no need to go all out with piers inside the house and outside the house.</p> <p>Some sections of the house had at least 4 1/2" of drop in the slab in comparison to the point of reference.</p> <p>Now, you can't even tell it ever had that kind of a drop! The guys did and excellent proficient and professional job.</p> <p>The other reason we went with Jericho is bc we were informed there was at least a 1 month back up due to many jobs lined up. Still we were promised to be put on a list in case something came up ealier, within 2 days we received a call bumping us to only a 2 week wait. We really appreciated this from Jericho, many places promise it and most likely just forget.</p> <p>Lastly, Mrs Sylvia at the office is an angel to deal with. She gave me info on where the install crew was to coordinate meeting there with me (I live around 25 miles away from this property), she gave me info on what to expect. She made herself available and came through every time. We had been having problems with our foundation for a few years. There were numerous cracks in the walls and doors that wouldn"t close properly. I was terrified to address the issue because I thought it would cost a fortune. When the owner came out to give us a quote, I was thrilled to learn that our problems weren't that bad. We had problems in only one corner of the house. There were no sales pitches, just the facts. We needed 11 pilings and it would take two days. The crew showed up on time and finished the job in ONE day. All of the cracks went back together and the doors closed properly again. Now I can move on with painting and get our house back to normal. I would definitely recommend them. <br />

I had a number of plumbing leaks under my foundation (which would require tunneling under the house) as well as wall shifting and cracking, some of which was severe. There had been foundation work around the perimeter of the house (performed by a different company) before I bought it and now my house was sinking in the middle. I got bids from a number of different foundation repair companies, but couldn't settle on anyone. I decided not to use the company who had done the previous piers and I definitely wanted someone who had their own in-house plumbing repairs as I didn't want to get caught between two contractors if something went wrong. <br /> I came across the Jericho website on a search one day. They are family owned and have been doing foundation repairs for over 20 years, which I liked. Their representative, Dallas came to my house and gave me a bid. He said they would also handle the plumbing repairs. Jericho does not have an in-house plumbing division, but they contracted with Reny Plumbing (who does a lot of work for them) to do the repairs for me. Dallas said Remy's rates were very reasonable and I found that to be true. Also, the plumbers who first examined my house said the shower pan in my master bath needed replaced. Reny said that was not true and saved me a ton of money. <br /> The crew showed up on time every day. They were polite, professional and neat. My foreman was Mejia and he was great. Communication was excellent with everyone at the company. When the crew left for the day they cleaned up and swept and left everything as neat as possible. In the end, before filling in the tunnels under the house, Mejia had his crew double check the plumbing repairs which I thought was great. <br /> People ask me if the process caused a lot more cracks in my house. It absolutely did not cause further damage. Even after 7-8 months there is minimal resettlement. I like the piling system Jericho uses which includes sleeve-like couplings between each piling to keep them straight and secure. <br /> I am very happy with the work Jericho (and Reny Plumbing) did for me. .I would recommend them both every day of the week. <br /> <br />
