Jerome Young Tree Services

We have used several different Tree Service companies over the past 20 years (to include a couple also on "Angie's List"), and this one was by far the best. Several had done "okay" work, and left a lot of debris behind, &/or stepped all over and ruined the other landscape plants around the base of the trees. Others did good work (although we now know not as good as Jerome Young Tree Service), but we had been frustrated with how long it took them to finally come out to give an estimate, and even longer to get them to finally get out to get the work done (last time it was 2 1/2 months after the estimate before taht company finally showed up to do the work, and only after calling them several times to inquire when we could finally expect them. We took a chance and called "Jerome Young Tree Service" after finding their professional-looking business card on our mailbox. Jerome and his girlfriend came out the same day we called to give us an estimate, and arrived exactly at 5:00p as scheduled. The estimate was extrememlt reasonable (much more so than any of the other Tree Services we have used previously), to include a $50.00 "dump fee", as our Homeowners Association and the County do not permit us to have a large amount of tree debris piled up on the curb by a Tree Service for pick-up by Waste Management. Jerome and his girlfriend, and two other employees arrived the very next morning, just as promised, and worked diligently for about 3 hours. Our trees have never lookd so good, most especially the huge, "monster" Traveler Palm in our side yard...Jerome and his crew not only removed all the dead and dying branches, but also trimmed away all the growth around the trunks....none of the other Tree Services ever did this, and we imply cannot believe the diffrence in the tree's appearance! They cleaned up every scrap of debris from around our yard, and, as requested, tried to be careful (especially Jerome's girfriend) to protect the landscaping plants around the base of the trees. We wish we had found this Tree Service company years ago, and will most definitely use them again in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This company/team arrived on time, offered a great price and did the job well. They cleaned up and were very professional. We recommend them highly. Five stars.

The cutting went perfect. Joe was careful with cutting the tree to make sure nothing was destroyed or hit the power line. They were also very meticulous in cleaning up, no debris was left behind. Great crew and would hire again!

Excellent! all work was performed. I had to pay an extra $75 for hauling services, which I felt was most reasonable!

They do a beautiful job. I've used several companies in the past that would make promises, but could not deliver like this company did. They did a good job! They were very professional and the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

He's worked for me for 3 years at my stores and has done a fine job. He's a very clean and is a good fella. I never have to call for his service

It went well. They didn?t leave a mess, and did a good job of cleaning up. They did everything I asked and they did it in a timely manner. They were real professional and even went above and beyond.
