We just had our crawlspace encapsulation completed by JES, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. From start to finish, it was the best all-around customer service you could ask for. Our inspector, Wylace Liggon, was fantastic and set the stage for a smooth project. The crew, Rafael Garcia Lopez, Jose Lovato, and Wilson Mendoza were a total powerhouse. The second they arrived on-site, they jumped straight to work and didn’t stop. Their communication was easy and transparent, and I was so impressed by the amazing care they took with our property. They were professional, respectful, and efficient. A huge shoutout to our electrician, Justin Basile, as well, for his outstanding work and attention to detail. It is rare to find a team that works this seamlessly together. If you want a company that treats your home with respect and delivers top-tier results, I highly recommend this crew at JES!

Worst experience ever. Unresponsive, unwilling to complete the work, no communication among the different teams which came to the house to do the work, lying every time I talked with person who gave me the estimate and signed the contract with, lying by a supervisor, and more ? Horrible company.

JES was very professional and easy to work with from the beginning to the end of our basement project. Eric was very knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable with the choices we made. The crew that did the work were quick, clean, and extremely efficient. We were very happy with everything they did!

The contractors from JES Foundation Repair did outstanding work on my project. The worked that was to be performed .was explained step by step. It was explained so I understood what was to be done. I was also given instructions as to what to do if a problem occurred after job completion. I was very proud of their work ethics and great attitude.

JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jay Hyman, came right out and identified the problem. He told me what my options were, and how much everything would cost. A date and time was scheduled for the work to be done. Abdoul and his team came out on the scheduled date and time and did a great job. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. Abdoul welcomed questions and was very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend JES Foundation to anyone who needs this type of work done.

JES hooked us up. We had some complications with foundation repair and waterproofing with the way our basement/stairs were oriented, but Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza went above and beyond working around our stairs and getting the job done. What could have been an expensive workaround and follow up job was skillfully averted saving us a lot of heartache and money. I was at away for most of the job, but Jose and Rafael were great about communicating the progress and work to be done. These guys were great -- would definitely recommend!!

Everybody we've worked with from JES has been respectful of our property and has completed their work thoroughly and honestly, with solid workmanship. I'm impressed every year by the technicians who come to check-in on both the mechanical (sump pump) and structural work that they completed in the initial job. Our technician Mike was thorough and patient in describing the status of our repairs and our options.

I contacted JES Foundation Repair to fix my sinking driveway and I was completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion. When the job was about 90% finished, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed. To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that he’d be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like a new one again! Mike came to carry out the annual inspection of our house to ensure no settlement had occurred since JES had fixed our foundation issues a few years ago. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I could see for myself how the laser showed perfect alignment still. He was very thorough and most personable. I look forward to seeing him again next year.

Mr John and Jeremiah were absolutely fantastic! Today they just had a small job but they did it really well and they were extremely polite! They even took some extra dirt that I had and put it to the side for me to use in my yard. I look forward to having them back to do some other work. Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit). My townhouse is the last unit located on the bottom of a hill. I also have standing water in my back yard every time it rains. Howard has very impressive credentials and is an expert in his field. After an inspection of the problem area, Howard gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix the problem. The water is coming in up from the ground underneath my house. The previous day I had a meeting with a representative from a different company who said it would be a simple fix with just a french drain on the side of my house. Howard explained why a french drain would not fix the underlying problem. I have decided to go with JES Foundation Repair and feel confident that I made the right choice.

Rafael and Jose was very informative they let my husband and I know what they were doing every step of the way. They were every clean while they worked and when they finished you couldn't even tell they had dug up around the house. Great job gentleman!

The job JES started in our home in June remains unfinished. We have tried emailing and calling the company's "production department" which never responds or simply hangs up on us when we call. We are disappointed that we never received the full services we paid for and our original concern, a mildew smell in our crawlspace, remains completely unaddressed after they convinced us to pay for an industrial-strength dehumidifier. JES Foundation talks a big talk, but they do not perform. Hire someone else.
