JES Foundation Repair

Greg and John P. with Jes foundation repair did an excellent job. They listened and did fantastic concrete leveling and repairs on the back patio on 1/14/2026.

Would be 5 stars based on the crew, but we had problems with the lead up to the job, which started 3 weeks late based on the salesman not understanding the scope of work and promising something that wasn't possible. The Friday before work was supposed to start, Gustavo (the supervisor) came to look at the job and let me know it would not be able to be accomplished the way we wanted. He worked with the Engineer (Scott) to figure out a way-ahead. Once the plumbers moved some interferences, the crew started. Eduardo (foreman) and his team (Jorge and Hector) did an expert job. They communicated each step of the way, were respectful of the inside of the house, took no shortcuts, and cleaned exceedingly well at the end of each day. These guys were top-notch! The best of the best! We were able to accomplish the first three of our goals: 1. Stabilize the house 2. Gain room in the basement. 3. Get lift to make the house [more] level. 4. Recover the existing beam for use over our fireplace.

JES encapsulated our crawlspace. The crew (Neri Beltran, Hector Gonzales, and Denilsson Fuentes) worked hard and efficiently as a team to complete the project with professionalism and attention to quality.

This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak, no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90%! Which is so amazing, and I didn’t even think it would fix as much as it did. We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. When they got up though, they started the “jacking” process. My oldest son (6) and I were giggling at the noises it made, and the crew laughed along with him. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment. That alone made me feel secure about my decision to have JES do this work. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. They offer full solutions without adding on a ton of extras to pad the cost. I was informed of the importance of drainage around our slab, and it was explained to me with such grace and patience. I am not well versed in this field ha! Not only was excellent work done, but it is also warrantied for life! JES will be the only contractor I call going forward for my foundation needs. I mean that honestly!

Taylor Jeffries came out last year to inspect my crawlspace. He was very thorough and ultimately recommended a full encapsulation and drainage. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and the crew that installed the work was fabulous. My HVAC bill went down, my allergies have subsided, and I feel safer that my wood is not going to decay from moisture problems.

We had serious fungal wroth under the home that was wrecking my wife’s allergies - I’ve been planning to do something for years and never got to it. It feels amazing to have that taken care of

JES was extremely communicative about all parts of the process. Every person was respectful, helpful, and kind. I am extremely grateful for Emilio Sanches, Angel Maya and Juan Mata for encapsulating my crawlspace. They also recommended other fixes they found during the installation to make me more aware of my homeâ s health. I am very happy with the outcome of the project, and would recommend their service to anyone who needs encapsulation done right.

Augustine, Greg, CJ, and crew were phenomenal! They made sure to explain next steps and offer walk through as after every step of the project. They were very efficient and respectful of our property. The clean up was also fantastic- other than the expected debris there was no sign they were drilling holes, cutting pipes, or pouring concrete! I will 100% recommend JES to anyone needing foundation repair. Our worries were gone and our problems were fixed in a day and a half. Thank you!

The worst. LIARS! They said a foundation issue would fix a warping floor. It never did. They charged $7k, installed some foundation jacks, and nothing happened. Then they tried to sell more foundation work. Can NOT be trusted!!

The service workers were amazing - the technical parts, as far as changes to my work order and electrical repairs were unsatisfactory.

JES sealed my extremely tight crawl space. Spent two long days and completed project, great communication, on time, professional team. I crawled into space to review the work, the team did a great and complete, neat job. I believe the investment will be worth it.

Taylor did great job with inspection and quote. Then Emilio and Jaun completed our crawl space encapsulation in just one day. They work all day getting this project knocked out. We saw a difference in the humidity very quickly. Thank you guys.

I hired JES to perform a number of foundation works for my property, and I had a very satisfactory experience largely thanks to the JES employee Chris Yi, who was very helpful and informative in every step of the process. He went above and beyond to ensure I got all the information I needed to make the decisions and to make sure the project went smoothly from start to finish. He even came back the second time to take me through another tour of the finished project to make sure I get to see every corner and get a good inspection of the work. Not to mention his exceptional mannerism. This level of professionalism is rare to find these days and people like him should be nominated for the employee of the year.

Chris Barefoot gave me a prompt and professional estimate. Michael and crew placed four jacks and did some shimming work. They also installed a dehumidifier under my house. They had to return on two occasions to get the vents properly blocked and the dehumidifier working properly. But they kept at it until it was right. Hats off!

JES employees called to let us know when they were coming, arrived as scheduled. explained everything to our satisfaction. They completed the job on time, took pictures of the work (it was in our crawl space) to show us what was done. We have worked with JES before and have always been pleased with their profeessionalism, When they were done, they did a great cleanup!

My father asked me to leave a review because he doesn't use the internet well...lol. David Hill, John Prillamon and Joseph McKamey put a support beam in his home and he was extremely satisfied with the results. He will recommend this company to friends and family in the future.
