JE & Sons 3D Home Design
About us
JE&SONS focuses on providing affordable and accurate residential design blueprints and construction plans to home owners and contractors. We work with home owners and contractors whose budgets don't allow for a full scale architectural firm contract, but still need the expertise and experience from designers to create accurate, structurally sound and pleasing designs, while keeping their project within budget. With our state of the art 3D software, we can show you your project in 3D high definition views. We are able to take you inside and walk you through your future addition or kitchen remodel in a realistic 3D environment that will allow you to see if all of your ideas fit the way you envisioned them. The idea behind our 3D designs, is to give you, the client, all of the tools available to make the best decisions for your project by seeing it before committing to it. Once we have finalized your design and you have approved them, we create permit ready construction plans. Our plans include all the necessary elevation views, floor plans, and detail drawings needed to receive a building permit. We also offer city hall permit services. With this service you can sit back and let us deal with your local city or town hall. We deal directly with the city hall by acting as your agent. We fill out the necessary applications for your permit as well as deal with all the inspectors to assure that they have all the necessary information to issue your building permit.
