The gentleman came out and advised me correctly. What I really appreciated, was that he was very honest. They did have to get permits and approval from the city. He really did guide me all the way through the process. His price was excellent and would know, because I did shop around. Him and his crew were very punctual, polite, and cleaned up really well.
