Donnie came all the way to Kent late. We had a water line break that flooded out front yard and our crawl spaces. Our sump pump had quit working. He gave us a quote well under others and they were here the next day. They ran into several other issues as well. Donnie said it was the most difficult repair he had ever run across, but they got the job done and we couldn't have been happier. He even helped us figure out the on line financing and never complained. We would highly recommend Jet City Plumbing and have already told others with plumbing problems, to get in touch with them. Donny did very nice job repiping shower room faucet and with new hardware. He will be the go-to guy for all of our plumbing works in the future.

A great experience. Donny was prompt with his responses to us, gave a clear estimate, came out quickly, and got the job done well. We had several quotes before him and they complained about going into the crawl space (and doubled the cost because of it). Donny didn’t even blink at the location of the work. Within a couple hours he’d run a gas line to our new stove. Great quality. Great speed. Reasonable costs. Would definitely hire again.

Donny and Kai were super fast, professional and clean. We were very happy with their team and the product we got.

Jet City responded promptly and installed a new water heater for less than the estimate. Follow up on a pilot light issue was immediate and Jet City resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend their service.
