I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH for your help, expertise and amazing service in addressing the serious problems created by the previous contractor we had hired to do our remodeling! Correcting and completing installation of the wall and windows of our bonus room, obtaining the proper permitting, and every detail was handled professionally and in a timely manner. The job was to take 6 weeks from start to finish. it is still unfinsihed 6 months later. The builder comes in with a low bid and lots of verbal promises and once the contract is signed it isnt there. He also tries to collect his draws before work is completed. If you do use this builder be sure to get everything in writing no matter what is promised, including wood products vs pressed wood, moving lights or appliances. He also seriously low bid allowances for tile and granite. Fogot to add an allowance for kithen fixtures, etc. Walked out on our job when I refused to pay draw for kitchen cabinets and bookshelf installation when only base cabinet boxes had been installed. No pantry cabinet, no bookshelves, no doors, drawers, hardware or glass. Beware!!!

I definitely would recommend Jett Builders. The work crew were punctual & respectful. I thought the contract was spelled out professionally and included his creditials, especially, "licenced and insured" including the license #. I've learned the hard way! Make sure they are licensed and insured!! Overall the job was done efficiently and the quality of the finished job was as I expected. Excellent. Great job! <br />

"Dear client, I appreciate the good grades on everything except the price. As I explained to you in the beginning, this was a cost-plus proposal/contract and that it would possibly cost more if we ran into rotten framing members, which we did. I called you and explained that it would be more because of the extensive wood rot we discovered. It is very common to do a cost-plus contract when repairing wood rot on a house because of the uncovered or unknown circumstances that cannot be seen. You read the contract and signed it knowing that it was a possibility it would cost more. I even knocked off 10% of my profit to help you out with the expense."

This is actually the second time we have worked with Brandon Jett (Jett Builders Inc). A few years ago we hired Jett Concrete to replace our driveway and they did an amazing job; I had no idea that he was also a general contractor until I saw the name pop up on Angies List. <br /> When getting ready to quote, Brandon Jett makes a visit to walk through and discuss what your goals are. One of our goals was to have the garage door sealed up so that trash and bugs would not enter under the door and to make it easier to keep the garage walls clean. I had already tried various weather stripping and seals but it never quite did the trick. He listened to the goals, looked everything over, and recommended a new garage door and opener to ensure a good seal. He also recommended applying a hard coat over everything (ceiling and walls) to even out the old and new work and make everything easier to keep up as well as a floor coating to make the floors easier to keep clean. <br /> We got quotes from three different providers as always and Jett was in <br /> the middle range. The Jett quote was received first and we tried to <br /> match everyone else to the work described in this quote. The work <br /> described in each quote was not exactly the same since one of the other <br /> providers would not do the garage door. The lowest quote provider really <br /> only did drywall hanging and painting (our original plan) and wasn't <br /> too sure about doing the rest of the work. The highest quote included <br /> painting instead of hard coat and did not include the garage door at <br /> all. <br /> The Jett crew got started just 2 days after the quote was accepted. Overall the crews did an excellent job and were very professional. We had absolutely no issues and there was no re-work required. Brandon coordinated each group (general contractors, garage door installers, electricians, and painters) and we never had any questions about what was going on and when. <br />

Brandon was always great to work with. From the start he was helpful with strategizing about how to best spend the money we had to spend and I could tell he was always open to ideas and questions, handling them all with professionalism. I have only good things to say about the quality of his work and each subcontractor he brought onto the job site. Maria in his office was helpful any time I had a billing question or scheduling conflict. All in all it was a great experience and I will certainly recommend them and use them again! <br />

Mr. Jett promptly answered an e-mail request for an estimate and set up an appointment, arrived on time and promptly followed up with a proposal within $100 of his ballpark estimate. The crew showed up at a reasonable A.M. hour, removed the broken driveway and dug up the roots from under it that caused it to break up . They picked up the debris and hauled it off with them. They were very polite and professional about their work. <br />

For many years, as a homeowner and landlord, I have hired a great number of service providers for a wide range of tasks both large and small. Most of the time I hired based on word-of-mouth or ads in the yellow pages and other publications. Results were mixed - but usually disappointing. Then I began using Angie's list and things took a sharp turn for the better; that's because their method of user ratings really works. Jett Builders is the most recent example of that. <br /> This company received highest marks in their category - and it is obvious why -- they are amazing. Every bit of praise they have received is richly deserved. They are fair, honest, punctual, professional and pleasant - to name just a few attributes. Owner Brandon Jett met with me personally to discuss my needs - needs which were, at the time, somewhat nebulous. Together we worked out a plan that continued to evolve throughout the entire process, right up until the last brick was laid. Flexibility is one of this company's strong suits, and they made countless alterations to accommodate my wishes. By the time all was said and done, the project looked better than I could have imagined - and certainly better than I could have planned out on my own. <br /> Aside from the impressive skill and experience of this company, a word must be said about the workers. Every single person who participated in this job was pleasant, professional and eager to please. They arrived early each morning and worked until they were forced to quit by either darkness or inclement weather. They consulted with me every step of the way to make sure I understood how things were going to look when completed - and, as I said before, they cheerfully made adjustments to suit my ever-changing requirements. <br /> To say that I highly recommend Jett Builders is an understatement. I'm happy I found them (thanks to Angie's List) and I will use them again in the not-too-distant future. Everything was fine. Quick, high quality work, stayed exactly on budget. Tree work had to be done to get rid of roots that tore up the old driveway. They handled everything without bothering me. I will use them for any home projects in future. <br />

<p>The provider showed up when he said he would. His crew was well supervised and worked very efficiently. The excavation was done so as to miss television and phone cables without a problem. The concrete truck arrived as scheduled when the site was prepared for the pour. A problem developed when the concrete pumper developed a problem which delayed the pour off and on during the pour. Instead of having the pour finished and the finishing worked completed on schedule the providers crew had to work into the evening to complete their work. An additional hardship faced by the providers crew was the fact that the delay in the concrete pumping resulted in a stiffer pour and made working it much harder. The providers crew was excellent through the whole ordeal. Their work day was extended by several hours because of the concrete pumpers problems. Additionally they had to come back the next day to check everything over in day light and make sure everything was finished correctly. This includes removing the forms and raking our the dirt next to the driveway. </p> Again the performance or the provider and his crew was outstanding especially considering the unexpected problems created by the failure of a subcontractors' concrete pumping equipment <br />

I needed to have the upper portion of my driveway changed from gravel to concrete where it slopes up to the highway. I got several estimates and I found this company to be ahead of the pack starting with the estimates - some didn't even show up for the estimates! Mr. Jett was there promptly and had already taken measurements and begun to figure costs before I arrived. His price was highly competitive and we worked out an agreement beneficial to us both. He was able to get me on his schedule quickly, and then was able to be flexible when I had to have a tree next to the driveway taken down which necessitated postponing the driveway work for a couple of days. Even with the stormy weather patter, he and his crew made it happen and they did BEAUTIFUL work! They even patched a small impact hole in the existing driveway from when the tree was taken down. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and I now have a beautiful, safe, won't-erode driveway - something I have been wanting for many, many years. I recommend him HIGHLY. <br />

The crew came out asap and worked despite the threat of rain and occasional downpour. They were very polite and even helped me unload my groceries during one of the rainy periods. The next day they repaved the driveway and we were able to use it on the third day. A very professional and timely operation. We received a discount for Angie's List customers. <br />

I like the guy. He seemed confident and knew what he was doing. He was giving me six years guarantee which is why it was so high. I like the work he was planning with me but what he wanted to charge me was so exuberant.

I used the email contact method from Angie's List and got an email back from Brandon Jett within 24 hours. He met me at our property the next day and we walked through the job. He measured our truck and the existing concrete and made some recommendations for the side pull-off and how to widen the drive and walks a bit to maximize access for two cars in our single car driveway. I received a quote via email in two days. <br /> <br /> We paid half down to start the job and within 5 days of receiving our payment the Jett crew was on site and working. The driveway and walks were completed, the site was cleared, and the crew was out in two days. There was a 3 day gap in finishing the drive and completing the crushed rock side pull because the drive needed to set before a truck could pull onto it and dump rocks; but afterward the side pull-off was completed in one day. <br /> <br /> Overall the job was well planned and executed. The crew was very professional and careful with the site. We completed a landscaping project one week prior to starting the concrete job and the Jett crew was careful to not damage the sod, beds, and plants at the boundaries. <br /> Excellent work!
