"Thank you for the outstanding review, We look forward to working with you in the future. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to call us. Thank you, Owner- Jack Fallon"
"We here at J. Fallon Electric Inc, back all work that we do 100% satisfaction. However the Customer above is using the wrong terminology. All we did, was install and Manuel transfer switch at panel box to power a portable generator that the (homeowner) was supplying themselves. Which they did not own yet at the time of installation. Also during the installation the home owners filmed owner Jack Fallon Several times explaining how the transfer switch would work in the event of a power outage step for step. However without them having their supplied portable generator we were unable to completely show them. Out of common courtesy and to no cost to them, Jack offered to come back out once they purchased the portable generator to show them 100% how it would work. And to again back our name, We J Fallon Electric made serval phone call attempts, and a date was schedule to come back out, but home owner cancelled because the portable generator was yet to be unpackaged and fueled. And that was not part of the billing or scope of work. We apologies for any miss communication, but our job was Simply to install a manual transfer switch at panel box and outside outlet for portable generator to plug into, which was done 100% satisfaction."
