I contacted Jonathon at J Ford Construction for a bid on some work. It wasn't a small job. There was a lot of different project. He put together his bid and we discussed everything. I found his quote to be absolutely reasonable and fair for the project. I needed windows, siding, and some concrete work done. He took care of all that seamlessly. Once all the materials started coming in. He gave me his timeline on the scope of the work, and he completed it all right on schedule. I will say his attention to detail, is very impressive. I carry the same attention to detail when doing things. He did not miss one thing, and I did not have to ask him to do anything. It was all completed. He even went above and beyond on things that weren't part of his original quote on surprises that always pop up. I would recommend Jonathon at J Ford Construction to everyone. He will be back for more projects.

Installed new flooring throughout our entire home. We couldn't be more happy with the entire process and the finished project. We were offered a variety of options and different price points for our project. All of my questions were answered before, during and after the work was completed. He has an eye for detail which really showed. He did a walk through with us when he had finished to make sure we were satisfied. We are planning to renovate our kitchen and a few smaller projects in the spring and we will be calling JFord Construction.

J. Ford provided a reasonable estimate for our bath remodel. The work was done over three weeks and he kept my home free of dust and clutter during the process. I love the results.

We recently did a kitchen refresh in our home built in 1960, along with retexturing the popcorn ceilings on the entire first floor. Jonathan was exceptional to work with. We worked as a team with open communication along every step. What we anticipated being a tense time, was anything but that. Every decision was delt with ease. About the job: KITCHEN: Remove bulkhead, fix drywall, retexture & paint ceiling, install new light, paint, refurbish existing cupboards, build new cupboard above refrigerator, install new faucet, disposal, and dishwasher, new backsplash, new counters, new flooring. BATHROOM: Remove old tile, and install new tile. Mr. Ford is a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work. From the estimate, to the final payment, he impressed me with his professionalism. He was here when he said he would be, and has the tools necessary to do the job right. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about his trade, making suggestions that elevated my original ideas. He was courteous, friendly, and conscientious about his work. He took the time to clean up the worksite daily. Jonathan does excellent work! He treated me fairly, was flexible, and stayed within my budget. I never felt pressured to upgrade. He was a pleasure to work with, and I have already spoken to him about completing my next project.

Went fantastic! Jonathon fixed our entry door knob that wouldn’t latch. He was prompt and friendly. He has helped out several times around our home. Painting and installing a safety railing on our porch!!! Please give him a call!

I had the inside and outside remodeled. I came home and thought a new house had been moved in. New wood floors throughout except the bathroom, it has tile on it, new shower, toilet. Outstanding been wrapped, insulated and new siding. The house is amazing. Thank you JF Construction.
