Don't hire this company. They were hired to extend a roof over our screened porch, and attach a roof over a building outside. When first hired, he said the job would take between 2 days or maybe a week, possibly working a few weekends. The roof extension was larger than I had planned and the roof dwarfed the deck. I asked if the deck could be extended another 4 feet to make the deck look better. I had to remove the rails that I had placed 2 yrs prior to make the deck look right. And yes, I removed the rails and the screened porch. This all started the first week in May and they hadn't even completed the job toward the end of June. Most of the work was poor quality and they got little accomplished when they were here. They nearly finished the deck and started doing the aluminum fascia and it was not done as it should. Their way to hide any voids was to caulk. I was told they could wrap the 6" columns with aluminum and the seams would not be seen. The poles were nearly 11" and they wrapped 10 feet and then connected a piece at the bottom. They then nailed the long seam. Looks terrible. I am not an expert, but know enough that this was not right. I finally told them that I would find someone else to complete the work. I am now redoing some of the screen porch and will have to redo the steps which were pieced together at one end. I honestly got tired of going behind them to redo something. This whole project has been a nightmare and stressful. We did agree on a price for labor for the deck addition and building. We had to supply all building materials and we had to go back and forth for supplies. I am retired and if I wasn't, there would be no way that I could get everything that was needed. I did pay him 82% of the agreed original labor costs, which I now realize I shouldn't. I would have been more than happy to pay him more than the agreed labor cost if the work was completed and was good quality. He is now demanding more money, even though the work wasn't completed and I am going to have to hire someone else to complete the aluminum job. He will quote you a price and then ask for a large down payment and then continue to ask for money as the project goes on. Please don't make the mistake that I did and hire a real professional. When I hire someone, I expect the work to be done professionally and in a timely manner.

Mr. Garcia and his group did a splinted job at remodeling my bathroom. I got them to remove my old bathroom and installed a stand up shower. I asked them if they could give me some ideas because I wasn’t too sure of what I exactly wanted, and they did just that. They gave me the bathroom of my dreams. It was modern, they were very patient with me, I got what I was looking for and, the price was amazing. I highly recommend them and I will be doing business with them again, they are very trustworthy too.
