Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed.

Excellent experience. Davide is knowledgeable, talented and thorough. Hired his services for 4 hours to complete a long list of items. Minor electrical, chandelier assembly and installation, odds and ends. He was great and we scheduled another 4 hours for later this week. Great and professional.

The recommendation was to replace the large builder grade windows in the long term. But for the short term, they caulked both inside and outside to help seal from moisture.

Horrible, He was terrible in every way, what should have taken 3 month or less took over 6 month , when I paid 100% of contracted amount Contractor walked of job, had to hire someone new and pay another 10,000 plus on labor and buy new material for several thousand dollar. One major problem was that David the contractor installed new Ceramic Kitchen Floor which came loose within a few weeks or I should say it never was installed correctly to begin with. we had to remove stone kitchen counter again ,remove all kitchen cabinets remove all loose tiles remove all underlayment and start all over again. Turns out David is not even a contractor, when I told him that he owes me money back because he did not finish job, he threatened me that he will call the city building department and turn me in,because the work he did needed permits and told me you know I am from Brooklyn I have many tough friends. Total job was $ 35,000.00 To make things worth he gave keys to unsavory people without anybodies knowledge and they came back and did more damage and stole from the other people in bldg. I have dealt with many handyman and contractors in my live, David definitely takes the price for being the worth of all of them. His bad workman ship, delayed and not doing the job cost us in excess of $ 20,000.00. Don't be taken in by his nice demeanor as I was, he would promise the world and deliver nothing until he has all your money and than walk off the job. I am available for anybody who wants to call me for details 310 974-2016 Peter I have several people who have also witnessed this project and the problems he created. The good news was I had a Great Kitchen contractor who did go way beyond the call of duty and did the kitchen removal to replace the loose floor without making a big deal he was great Kurt half price Kitchen 954 551-4620 he is great and a professional.

"Clarifying the Situation and Moving Forward There have been many statements circulating about my work and the challenges we've faced. I want to address some key points to set the record straight. Firstly, I take full responsibility for the issues that arose from the workers I initially hired. At the time, I believed they were trustworthy and capable, but unfortunately, they did not meet the standards I hold for my company. This led to problems on job sites and ultimately damaged the reputation I had worked hard to build. After careful evaluation, I made the decision to let go of every worker except one who demonstrated both competence and reliability. Now, with those changes, my company is back on track. Going forward, I will not take on large contracts unless I am confident that the workers assigned to the job have the necessary skills and experience to uphold the quality I promise. I’ve learned from these past mistakes, and I’m committed to maintaining higher standards for any future work. Regarding certain promises that were not fulfilled, I understand the frustration and disappointment that resulted. Some of these unfulfilled promises were due to factors beyond my control, including commitments made by N/A that were not delivered. I had good intentions and intended to meet all my obligations, but I cannot be responsible for the actions of others. While I initially trusted N/A, the recent behavior and false statements have shown me otherwise. I still wish them the best and hope that they, too, can learn from their mistakes, as I have learned from mine."

I had two doors to be home without the frame. He came and did a very good job. The only reason why I gave A B for quality was one door was put on upside down. Which was fixed before he left

JGB performed these services for me on two separate occasions. The blinds were done on a deal from Angie's List and they were so good I recalled them to do the carpentry on the kitchen cabinet to fit my refrigerator under the cabinet. Both jobs were completed with 100% satisfaction and would definitely use again.

I had the pleasure of working with David to remodel my build up garage back to a garage. His hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism was refreshing to see in a contractor is South Florida and the pricing was more than fair. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in the past to mixed reviews but I am sure that I will we working with David and JGB in the future.

Davide was great with providing a fair quote over the phone. We bought the toilets ourselves and had them ready for him. He stayed in touch with us on scheduling. He was very courteous and did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards. He even sealed the base with silicone. We did pay a bit extra to have him remove the old toilets. Fair pricing, good communication, punctual and did great work. Can't really ask for much more.

Totally awesome. I called Davide and he responded the same day. I sent pictures and he responded promptly. Davide happened to have work planned nearby the next day and would be able to add my small job for later in the day. Davide kept me informed of his schedule during the day and arrived earlier than planned. Davide and Tony were professional and polite. The cabinet door is re-hung and my kitchen looks great again. The team will be back again on Friday to fix a leaking roof screen. It is great to meet professionals that take pride in their work. I am making a list of all the other things we need fixed around the house and will definitely call JGB Renovations and recommend the company to my neighbors and friends.
